Hunter x Hunter Rise Meteor Street

Chapter 46: Following the Clues

Jia Er walked into the antique store and went straight to the back cubicle. When he reached the door, he was stopped by the front desk clerk Allen.

"What's the matter with you?"

"None of your business!"

While Jia Er was speaking, a quick hand knife flashed past, and Allen fainted instantly.

Jia Er pressed the wooden door of the compartment with one hand and activated his telekinesis. With a bang, the entire door exploded inward with a huge burst of flames.

Debris with firelight splashed everywhere in the compartment.

Jia'er looked inside and found that no one was there, but the energy was clearly there.

Jia Er walked in and turned around to look around the house and found that it was exactly the same as before.

He suddenly had a bold guess. Could it be that this room was also copied by that bastard?

"My aura senses a very strong guy, come closer to here."

Kubi looked nervous and interrupted the conversation between the antique shop owner and Matsumoto. The two were originally haggling over the deal.

The boss looked at the remote monitoring and complained.

"I really shouldn't have accepted your stuff. Before I sold it, this guy came to my door. He doesn't look easy to mess with!"

Matsumoto and Kubi also saw it, and Jiaer broke into Kubi's copy room.

"Don't worry, boss. I'm here to meet this guy. Kubi, you and the boss can go through the back door."

"Stop showing off, Matsumoto, you are no match for him, come with me."

"Don't worry, I'm just teasing him."

Kubi knew that Matsumoto was motivated by his competitiveness and was unwilling to stay for a long time, so he and his boss quickly drove away through the back door.

Jia Er was about to exit the room when he suddenly felt a rush of air from behind.

He was about to turn around when he found a figure appearing out of thin air and kicked him in the chest.

Because the opponent's speed was too fast, Jiaer had no time to defend himself and was kicked three to five meters away.

Jia'er was about to fight back when he suddenly found that the opponent was gone again. With a snap, he was kicked in the back again.

Such an attack was so fast that Jiaer had no way of judging the direction of the attack.

I only heard someone saying in the air:

"You can't catch up with my speed. I'm always behind you. This is my special skill, Shadow Technique. I'm like your shadow chasing you, but you can't hit the shadow."

"Show up and challenge yourself if you can, you coward!"

Jia Er wanted to provoke the other party to show up and compete with him again.

But Matsumoto didn't care, he enjoyed it and flashed Jia Er at super fast speed.

Jia'er only saw flashes of shadows jumping back and forth around him. He had no patience to waste time with them anymore and immediately activated his telekinesis ability.

A palm with 5% of the air volume hit the floor. With himself as the center, a high-temperature cyclone suddenly appeared.

The surrounding air suddenly became distorted, the red flame storm roared, and the flames swept through the entire room.

Matsumoto, who was still dodging rapidly, screamed "Ah!" and was burned by the cyclone. He was thrown to the wall and fell down.

After catching his breath, Jia Er slowly walked towards Matsumoto, who was lying in the corner, his body black and smoking.

Jiaer raised his head and saw that he had been burned to death. He said helplessly:

"I thought he was a tough guy, but I would have used less energy. Now I can't figure it out, hey."

Jia Er sighed and was about to leave. At this moment, the four walls of the replica room disappeared, and all the replicas were gone, leaving only Matsumoto's burned body.

It turned out that Jia Er's fierce attack just now destroyed Ku Bie's Qi, making it impossible for the replica room to remain in its original state, and the boundaries were broken.

Jia Er looked around again, and the original compartment appeared, but it was no longer as neat and orderly as before, but in a mess.

All the collectibles on display were gone, there were messes on the ground, and there was not a single valuable thing in sight.

Jiaer's eyes kept searching for clues that were useful to him, and finally a group photo on the wall caught his attention.

In the photo, the boss and a man in a suit were clinking glasses. The layout in the background showed that it was Youkexin’s annual auction dinner.

Jia Er had a hunch that the person he was looking for might be related to the guy in the photo.

Jia Er took off the photo and took it away. He walked out of the cubicle and passed by the front desk. Allen, who was lying on the ground, woke up, got up and shouted to Jia Er who was walking by:

"Hey, sir, I'm going to call the police if you do this."

"You're not a good person either!"

Jia Er stretched out a palm and hit Allen on the chest with a whoosh. Allen's whole body exploded, and his clothes were torn apart with fire.

Allen was knocked away and hit the wall behind him. He slid down and lay down against the wall. He tilted his head and didn't make any sound again.

Jia Er faced a pile of replica vases under the front desk, flicked one vase with his index finger, and then the vase hit the next vase.

Like dominoes, a dozen identical vases fell to the ground and shattered.

Jia Er returned to the place where Wo Jin was recuperating and made a phone call to Pike Noda.

After a while, Parker Nuoda arrived, looked at the photo that Jiaer handed him and said:

"This is Wright Nosla of the Nosla family. He is also here to participate in this year's auction. He is very close to the ten old men. Jiaer, you should stop."

"Don't worry, I'm just going to get some information, I won't do anything random. Please tell me where he is staying in the hotel."

"Okay, if you insist, he will stay in the VIP cladding on the 10th floor of the Allen Hotel every time he comes."

"Okay, thanks."

"Would you like me to go with you, kid?"

"I can go and see too."

Nobunaga and Ugin wanted to help Jiaer, but he refused.

"You are too murderous. I am afraid I will not be able to control myself if I go. I will go by myself."

After hearing this, Ugin and Nobunaga smiled at each other and felt that what Jiaer said was not unreasonable. He would be calmer.

Jiaer took a taxi alone and came to the entrance of Aaron Hotel. He looked up and saw that the hotel was very tall and the building looked very modern.

After looking around the entrance of the hotel, a convertible car that impressed him entered his field of vision.

Jiaer was excited all of a sudden. This was the car of the dwarf that he and Ugin saw. It seemed that his premonition was right. He could finally finish off this bastard here.

As soon as he entered the gate, a doorman greeted him. Jiaer nodded in response and walked into the elevator silently.

Watching the floor numbers of the elevator constantly changing, the energy in Jiaer's hands was also growing.

Thinking about the bad luck that had happened in the past few days, one trap after another, he was actually deceived by such a guy.

He was ready to kill as soon as he opened the elevator, find the bastard, and take back what belonged to him.

Ding Dong, the elevator floor number showed 10th floor, and the elevator door opened.

Jiaer walked out slowly, and just a few steps into the corridor, he found that there was a corpse in a suit lying on the ground every few steps.

Each corpse had a gun in his hand, but there were no bullet holes on the wall. At first glance, they were the bodyguards who were killed.

Jiaer's expression became nervous. Who could it be? He killed himself first!
