Hogwarts vampire professor
Chapter 32 Snape’s Suspicion
"Dong dong dong."
Just when the black-haired young man was laughing happily, there was a sudden knock on the door outside Quirrell's office.
His smile froze, and then he was shocked, and immediately turned into a piece of ink, falling back on the blank diary like raindrops.
"Dong dong dong." The knock on the door sounded again.
Quirrell hurriedly stuffed the diary into the drawer and locked it. Then he carefully unlocked a soundproofing spell and stammered out the door and asked:
"Outside...Who's out there?"
"It's me." Dracula's unique mellow voice came from outside the door, "I just struck too hard. I'm here to see if I can do anything to help with your scars and make up for it a little bit."
Hearing Dracula's voice, Quirrell suddenly became excited.
‘You are the one I’m afraid of! ' He thought sadly and angrily.
However, Quirrell, who had just cleared his suspicions in front of the professors, had no excuse for not opening the door, so he had to carefully check every corner of the room to make sure that there was no unfavorable evidence left behind before opening the door.
Dracula walked into the office the moment he opened the door, looking up and down Quirrell's room.
"Why are you opening the door so slowly? You didn't do anything shameful in the office just now, did you?" Dracula didn't notice anything strange in the room. He turned his attention to Quirrell himself and asked with a half-smile.
"No...no, I just...suddenly have a headache." Quirrell said stumblingly.
"Oh, it's all my fault. I was too harsh just now." Dracula sighed and apologized hypocritically to Quirrell, "Teacher Quirrell, you worked so hard to correct my homework and organize the lesson plans. But I said bad words to you because of my little suspicion, and even buried your head in the floor."
The corners of Quirrell's eyes twitched unnaturally twice, but he still smiled apologetically and said, "Professor Dracula, I know you are doing it...for Hogwarts. I feel a little wronged...it's nothing."
"No! If Teacher Quirrell understands justice so well, I can't be that kind of evil person who knows his mistakes and doesn't know how to maintain relationships with colleagues!" Dracula said righteously, "I must think about it carefully. Find a way to completely remove those scars on the back of your head that bother you!"
"No... no need, I'm not... fine." Quirrell shook his head repeatedly.
"I can understand that you are rejecting my kindness, Teacher Quirrell?" Dracula smiled gently, but the air in Quirrell's office became colder and colder, and the atmosphere became more and more solemn.
Quirrell trembled all over and quickly changed his shaking head into a nod.
"Then...then thank you Professor Dracula." He said reluctantly.
Dracula smiled faintly and walked behind Quirrell, and the office finally returned to its original temperature.
"I would like to ask, Mr. Quirrell, how did these three scars on the back of your head form?" Dracula asked seemingly casually, looking at the three ugly and ferocious scars.
There was a big demon who was extremely afraid of him standing behind him. Quirrell felt very uncomfortable and tremblingly told the reason he had used before:
"I... I said before, I met... a vampire in Romania. You know I fought... with him. He was a vicious sucker... and the vampire left these three... three claws on my head. The seal cannot be dissipated at all..."
After hearing Quirrell's explanation, Dracula finally laughed.
He was well aware of the wounds that vampires could leave, and he could tell at a glance that the scar on the back of Quirrell's head was definitely not caused by a vampire.
Vampires usually do not use cumbersome attacks such as scratching the head. Their preferred part is always the joint between the shoulder and the neck, because this is the most convenient position to lower the head and suck blood.
Obviously, Quirrell told a lie again, in order to cover up another unknown truth!
After getting what he wanted to know, Dracula lost interest in the ugly back of Quirrell's head, stayed away from Quirrell in disgust, and walked towards the office door.
"Professor Dracula, won't you help me check...check the scars?" Quirrell turned back in surprise and looked at Dracula who had already walked to the door.
"No more." Dracula waved his hand, "I'm sorry, Teacher Quirrell, I really can't do anything about this matter!"
With that said, he left Quirrell's office.
Quirrell: "?"
He just observed it for less than a minute and then said there was nothing he could do. Do you want to be more perfunctory?
…
Dracula walked up the marble stairs of the castle's main tower to the second floor, preparing to return to his office through the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom.
However, when he came to the classroom, he found that there was already another person standing silently on the podium waiting for him.
The classroom was dark, and the figure was wearing a large black cloak, like an enlarged bat.
"Professor Snape, is it such a coincidence?" Dracula raised his eyebrows and greeted the figure on the podium.
Snape looked at him with a straight face and deep black eyes.
"Unfortunately, I was waiting for you."
Snapra said in a long tone, "Before we start our topic, I would like to ask, where did you just go, Professor Dracula?"
"It doesn't seem to matter to you where I go, does it, Professor Snape?" Dracula said with a chuckle.
"It doesn't matter if you don't tell me. I guess you must have gone to find Quirrell, right?" Snape raised the corners of his mouth and said sharply.
Dracula was really surprised this time. He didn't find anyone following him along the way, and he didn't think Snape could guess what he was going to find Quirrell for.
So he turned his eyes to Snape, looked at his big hooked nose and uneven teeth, crossed his arms, and motioned for him to continue.
"You and Quirrell are in the same group, right?" Snape smiled coldly and then asked.
Snape's question confused Dracula, and he looked at him with wide eyes in astonishment.
"You don't have to think about excuses, I'll finish it for you once and for all." Snape continued, "It would be wrong not to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts to a top wizard like you, unless you know that there are An extremely precious thing.”
"Even excluding this problem, you brought an assistant to teach with you. And your assistant has been in and out of many secret places recently, and even went to the restricted corridor on the right side of the fourth floor. "
"He seems to be very interested in the treasures in that level, and he may break through it at any time. Do you dare to say that all this is not your instruction?"
"Maybe." Dracula nodded indifferently, and then asked with interest, "So what do you want?"
Snape gritted his teeth and slowly raised his wand.
