Hogwarts: I am Voldemort

Chapter 540 The God of Death Comes

After "Draco", the second one to come was "Neville".

The first thing he did when he came to this world was to teach Neville how to fight.

Then came "Percy", who also found another self and taught him how to become a qualified politician.

After the three people, more acquaintances appeared one after another, which was overwhelming.

In view of this, Voldemort also looked for opportunities to gather reliable people together and roughly told the origins of these people and the existence of parallel worlds.

Everyone was naturally surprised by this, but it was not unacceptable.

Compared to Muggles, wizards are much more tolerant of all kinds of weird things.

This is of course related to magic, because the starting point of many magics is fantastic ideas.

Always be curious.

Although the wizards no longer understand who was the first to say this, it is regarded as good advice by the wizards.

And after so many people came one after another, a few unexpected visitors finally appeared.

"Sirius Black".

Unlike the Sirius in this world, the man in front of him is a Slytherin student, and his strength, wisdom and talent are unquestionable.

Then there is "Mad Eye". This old guy has died long ago in this world, and the one in front of him looks older than the one who is already dead.

But this guy's temper is exactly the same as Mad-Eye's in this world. His mouth is always full of complaints. He can't go out or the food doesn't go as he wants. He always mumbles a few words.

This made Voldemort avoid talking to him, and he talked to more or less everyone else.

After "Mad Eye" arrived, there was a pause and no new people appeared.

This made Voldemort very confused, why didn't he see Luna?

To this end, he asked "Draco", but the answer given by the other party was that only Death can answer this question.

When Voldemort asked when death would come, "Draco" just gave an answer that would not take long.

This made Voldemort very dissatisfied, but he also saw that the guys in front of him had too much respect for him but not enough trust.

The helpless Voldemort could only choose to wait. Fortunately, "Draco" was right this time, and death would come really soon.

It’s still the Pyramid of Khufu, still the same hall.

But all the other coffins have disappeared, and there is only one coffin like the one he used back then, floating in the hall.

"Buzz."

After a brief shock, there was no other sound.

Just when Voldemort was confused, the crown opened silently.

A figure slowly stood out from inside. To Voldemort's surprise, the figure in front of him did not look like Riddle, but rather looked like Lin Zuo.

"Are you the God of Death?" Voldemort asked in surprise.

"You can say that." Death smiled and nodded, his voice too gentle.

Voldemort's mouth twitched, as did most of the Death Eaters beside him.

They were originally waiting for Voldemort's future, but what appeared in front of them was... an Asian?

What was different from their reaction was that those guys who were a little unruly in front of Voldemort were as obedient as his Death Eaters in front of the God of Death.

Even when Voldemort asked the God of Death questions, these guys all knelt on one knee with their faces down, and no one dared to raise their heads and glance at them.

"Get up, kids, don't be shy."

The warm words of the God of Death resounded through the hall, and then the group of people stood up in an overly neat manner with a "swish" sound.

Faced with the warm words, no one showed any informality.

"'Draco' stays, and everyone else can go about their business. I will call you when needed."

The God of Death once again gave the order warmly and looked at Voldemort, "Thank you for lending me this world. I really don't know how to repay you."

Voldemort frowned, the other person's words made him weird.

But the God of Death thought this was normal, and just smiled and said "Let's talk later" before communicating with "Draco" alone.

The conversation between the two lasted a long time, and by the time they finished talking, the sun had already set.

"Give me and Mr. Voldemort some space, 'Draco', go and do your business."

After the God of Death gave the order to "Draco", he looked at Voldemort again, "Shall we take a walk?"

Voldemort nodded, glanced at Draco who was leaving in a hurry, and then followed the footsteps of Death.

He did not choose to leave the Pyramid of Khufu, but followed the secret passage to the Sphinx.

And right in the middle of the secret passage, they saw Rajdev I hurriedly arriving.

"Sorry, Your Majesty, I sensed you coming, but you are still late."

Rajdev I knelt humbly on the ground, the thick golden crown with a snake head seemed to press his head into the marble of the secret passage.

The God of Death did not say anything immediately, but glanced at the other party sternly up and down for a while.

"You are not a well-behaved boy, Rajdev, and you will be punished."

The cold words, the change from the previous warmth, made Voldemort a little uncomfortable.

And Rajdev I, who was kneeling in front of them, was trembling and did not speak to defend himself.

"Yes...yes, Your Majesty, I will punish myself."

He stuttered as he spoke, slowly raised his head, and tapped the snake-headed golden crown with his wand.

Many scarabs crawled out of the golden crown one after another, scrambling to get into his body, causing him to fall to the ground in pain, twitching and wailing.

The number of scarabs seemed to be endless, and they quickly engulfed him.

"Let's go out and see the scenery, Voldemort, I don't think you've done that yet."

The God of Death returned to his previous warm tone and took the lead in walking towards the densely packed scarabs.

Just when Voldemort thought he would step on those scarabs, the insects spread out as if they were induced, leaving a path for him to pass through.

Voldemort followed, walking along the path past Rajdev I, who was still wailing but could no longer see his figure.

"What mistake did he make?"

Voldemort wondered, following the footsteps of Death.

"Fortunately, he broke into Khufu's Pyramid privately without causing any bad consequences, otherwise he would have paid a greater price." The God of Death said softly.

"How long will this punishment last?" Voldemort asked again.

"Until I leave, I think this will make him have a longer memory." Death's tone was still calm, as if it was an insignificant matter.

Voldemort looked back at the corner of the next corridor and saw that the scarabs were still tumbling around. The wailing sound had become very quiet, but it could still be heard clearly.

"How long will you stay here?" Voldemort asked.

"A few months, maybe a few years, depending on when that person comes."

Death said with a smile, his eyes as warm as before, without any mercy in his eyes.
