Hogwarts: I am Voldemort

Chapter 424 Dark Waves Surge

The Black Snake Throne faces south and rises slowly.

When it was fully formed, Luna bowed slightly and waved her hand, signaling Voldemort to take a seat.

This was originally a set of procedures to show Voldemort's extraordinary status, but it became less solemn because Luna winked when she bowed.

In response, Voldemort could only smile helplessly.

Luna was always the same Luna. She was one of the few people who did not change her attitude towards Voldemort due to his change in status.

It was just a small joke between the two, but it caused a kind of vampire in front of the Black Snake Throne to fall into a little embarrassment.

Especially the three at the front, they could clearly see the little moves of Voldemort and Luna.

"Count Nosferatu."

Voldemort spoke quickly, finally not letting them continue to be embarrassed, "I am very curious about why Dracula vampires and Monte Cristo vampires appear here."

The Nosferatu faction to which Count Nosferatu belongs is the most original vampire.

The Dracula faction was once a follower of the Nosferatu faction, following them to fight against Muggles and wizards.

The Monte Cristo faction appeared the latest. They are also called modern factions and mostly live in the Muggle world.

Due to historical and philosophical reasons, although the three still maintain communication, they cannot be called harmonious.

It really made Voldemort feel strange that the leaders of the three factions gathered here like today.

"It was I who requested this meeting, Your Majesty the Dark Lord."

The Count of Monte Cristo took a step forward, bowed and said.

Voldemort looked him up and down. This vampire was wearing quite avant-garde clothes:

A bright silver suit with a narrow collar and a waist, paired with a black tie with silver threads inside. The lower edge of the tie covers the image of Dumeisha on the belt, but the belt buckle that is not exposed much still shines with the light of diamonds.

"You look a little strange when you are dressed like this, standing in Count Nosferatu's castle." Voldemort did not rush to ask him why he initiated the meeting, but smiled and made a joke.

His words made the other two vampires frown slightly, and they made jokes while talking about business, which may have made these two old-fashioned vampires a little uncomfortable.

On the contrary, it was the Count of Monte Cristo who was teased. Instead of being angry, he straightened his tie happily.

"This is the most beautiful suit I can pick out, Your Majesty the Dark Lord. I can't bear to lose the face of the Monte Cristo faction in Count Nosferatu's castle."

It was obvious that he was very proud of his outfit, but the other two vampires just rolled their eyes at it.

Voldemort just laughed "haha". He didn't particularly understand this behavior of showing off clothes.

"Okay, let's hear the reason why you initiated the meeting." Voldemort said.

The Count of Monte Cristo nodded, and his eyes became serious.

"There is an unknown force that is purging my people."

Count Monte Cristo's eyes quickly scanned the faces of the other two vampire leaders, and finally landed on Voldemort's face.

There was a vague questioning in that gaze.

It seemed that he regarded Voldemort as that unknown force.

Count Nosferatu and Count Dracula also looked at Voldemort, obviously they thought so too.

"It's not me." Voldemort said solemnly.

His words made the expressions of the three vampire leaders lighten, and then they looked at Voldemort, obviously wanting to hear his more specific explanation.

But Voldemort just remained silent and said nothing - he obviously didn't think he had the need to explain.

Suddenly, the atmosphere became awkward again.

"Count Dracula, have you been attacked?" Count Nosferatu spoke proactively, breaking the awkward silence.

It is different from the Nosferatu faction, which all live on Mount Oricino, and the Monte Cristo faction, which is all scattered in the Muggle world.

The vampires of the Dracula faction do not have strict requirements for the living environment of their faction.

Therefore, some of their tribesmen live in the mountains, while others live in the Muggle world.

"Mount Dracula has not been attacked. Other places... the vampires in the Muggle world are not closely connected with us, so we don't know for the time being." Count Dracula replied.

Count Nosferatu nodded and said, "I haven't been attacked here either."

"That means it's just us?" Count of Monte Cristo had deep doubts on his face.

He couldn't figure out what organization would avoid the vampires of the other two factions and only attack their faction.

"Has anyone contacted you?" Voldemort suddenly asked the Count of Monte Cristo, "Has anyone made any request to you that was rejected by you?"

"Denied request?"

The Count of Monte Cristo pondered for a moment, then suddenly raised his head and looked at Voldemort with bright eyes, "The Riddle Consortium once contacted me and wanted to follow me..."

"others."

Voldemort interrupted him loudly, and he was so frightened that he quickly lowered his head.

"Others...others..."

The Count of Monte Cristo murmured a few words, then suddenly paused again and said, "Recently, a consortium wanted to acquire some of my real estate shares, but I refused."

"Reason for rejection?" Count Nosferatu asked impatiently.

"Those real estate properties are all in the outer suburbs. Although there is no appreciation value, the cost is very low and the room for decline is limited, so I am prepared for the long term..."

"I didn't ask you to explain in such detail. Is there any key reason?" Count Nosferatu interrupted angrily and asked.

"The essential……"

The Count of Monte Cristo looked up at Voldemort and said, "Those are all properties that cooperate with the Riddle Consortium. Does this count?"

Everyone immediately looked at Voldemort, and Voldemort raised his eyebrows.

"Are they the properties whose management rights are controlled by the Riddle Consortium?" Voldemort asked.

"Yes, that's the one." Count Monte Cristo said, "You have made a lot of profits, but you are very tight on management rights, and we don't care too much, so..."

"Count of Monte Cristo." Count Nosferatu stopped him, "Don't you pay attention to the trends in the wizarding world?"

"What's going on in the wizarding world?" Count Monte Cristo's eyes were full of doubts, and it could be seen that he was indeed a little confused.

"His Majesty the Dark Lord."

Count Nosferatu ignored him and turned to face Voldemort, "There should be someone who wants to thoroughly check the addresses of the wizards who received the property, and their target is you."

Voldemort nodded slowly, agreeing with Count Nosferatu's words.

"What...is going on?" Count Monte Cristo asked doubtfully.

Seeing that he was still confused and that Voldemort was thinking, Count Nosferatu briefly told him the first decree issued by Voldemort after he came to power.

"In other words, those people attacked us when they saw that they couldn't get data from us?"

The Count of Monte Cristo looked at Voldemort in surprise and asked, "Dear Dark Lord, can you guess who is doing this?"
