Hogwarts: I am the White Demon King

#359 - Chapter 359 Five Schools Gathered

Before things could quiet down, an Ilvermorny student pointed at the sky and shouted, "Look, isn't that a dragon?"

"Where?" The Ilvermorny students quickly looked up at the sky.

"Over there!" A tall boy yelled excitedly, pointing to the sky above the Forbidden Forest.

"My god, it's not a dragon, it's a flying house!"

Worth it!

Being able to see the arrival methods of other schools makes braving the cold wind here worth it.

"Idiot," his companion pulled his hand down. "What kind of eyesight do you have? That's clearly a carriage, a carriage pulled by winged horses."

"What winged horse?" Another Ilvermorny student covered his face with his right hand. "Those are Abraxan horses, can't you be quiet and stop embarrassing yourself."

Hearing their conversation, the Hogwarts students all smiled knowingly.

When Uagadou first appeared in the sky, they were also shouting and making a fuss, no better than the Ilvermorny students.

Now, seeing the Ilvermorny students acting like they've never seen the world before, they suddenly felt much more balanced.

In order to avoid being laughed at, the Hogwarts students all puffed out their chests, suppressing their curiosity and putting on a nonchalant expression.

Psh—

This is nothing, the flying acrobat from earlier was more exciting.

I just don't know if this carriage is from Beauxbatons or Durmstrang?

I thought these two schools would arrive via Portkey, like during the Quidditch World Cup.

I didn't expect them to value the Triwizard Tournament so much that they even brought out equipment we've never seen before.

Under the gaze of the crowd, the carriage pulled by twelve Abraxan horses had already flown above them.

This was a huge, powder-blue carriage, the size of a house, adorned with exquisite and gorgeous decorations, with golden tassels hanging all around, shimmering with magical light.

A golden emblem was emblazoned on the door, depicting two crossed wands, the crest of Beauxbatons Academy of Magic.

The carriage descended rapidly and landed steadily on the ground.

The door opened, and a boy in school uniform jumped out of the carriage, releasing a golden spiral staircase, and then Madame Maxime, dressed in finery, emerged.

The Hogwarts students were already familiar with her, so they were not surprised by her height, but immediately began to applaud, welcoming her arrival.

Harry looked closely and actually recognized two familiar faces.

One was the Beauxbatons girl he had met during the Magical School Potions Championship, now wrapped in a headscarf, accompanied by her sister Gabrielle, the little girl Hermione and Ron had found at the Quidditch World Cup.

She also spotted Harry and his friends standing together and waved at them as soon as she got out of the carriage.

Dumbledore went to greet her, followed by Hagrid, also dressed in formal attire. Both of them smiled and exchanged pleasantries with Madame Maxime.

Ilvermorny Headmaster Agilbert also walked over and joined their conversation.

However, because it was too cold and the Beauxbatons students were dressed too thinly, Madame Maxime only chatted for a few words before taking the students into the castle to rest.

The Hogwarts students and the Ilvermorny students continued to stand in place, waiting for the arrival of Durmstrang.

"What do you think Durmstrang will use to arrive?"

"Can't guess, just wait and see."

Faintly, a strange sound came from afar, like water being drained from a pool.

"Karkaroff has finally arrived," Agilbert said softly.

Where?

The young wizards looked around, searching for traces of the Durmstrang delegation.

"Look at the Black Lake!"

The originally calm surface of the water began to churn, creating waves of huge splashes, impacting the shore.

In the very center of that huge vortex, an object like a flagpole slowly rose, followed by a high-hanging sail. Finally, an ancient and huge sailing ship burst out of the water, splashing countless droplets of water, like a fine, dense rain.

Its surface was old and mottled, as if it were the wreckage of a sunken ship just salvaged. Dim light shone through the portholes, and shadowy figures could be faintly seen inside.

If there were a few skeleton decorations on the deck, it would be almost indistinguishable from a Muggle ghost ship, very befitting the Halloween atmosphere.

The sailing ship slowly sailed towards the shore and soon came to a stop.

With a low thud, a wide plank extended from the deck to the shore.

Wizards in thick fur cloaks walked down one after another, it was the teachers and students of Durmstrang.

Leading the way was Durmstrang Headmaster Karkaroff, thin, with short white hair, a stern face, a small, curled goatee on his gaunt chin, and cold eyes with a sharp glint.

Beside him was a burly student, a familiar face to the students, Krum.

As soon as they saw him, the students burst into enthusiastic cheers.

After all, unlike in previous years, Krum was now the active first Seeker, a world-class Quidditch star, and his popularity at Hogwarts was naturally different.

"Krum, Viktor Krum!"

"Oh my god, I thought I wouldn't be able to see him this year without a Quidditch match. I didn't expect him to come to participate in the Triwizard Tournament. That's great."

"Harry, should we ask Krum for an autograph?" Ron shook Harry's shoulder excitedly. "You guys are old rivals, he'll definitely be willing to give you an autograph."

"Ron," Hermione said, "Don't be so loud. He's just a Quidditch player. Besides, he lost to Harry before the summer vacation."

"He didn't lose to me, Hermione," Harry explained, "Durmstrang lost to us. His seeking skills are stronger than mine."

"Ahem," Ron coughed lightly, and said seriously, "Hermione is right, I was indeed a little too excited."

"It's decided, no autographs. Maybe we'll compete on the same field this year. It wouldn't look good to have an opponent's autograph now."

There were quite a few young wizards who were as excited as Ron, and some girls were even shouting and jumping. If the professors weren't watching, they would have rushed forward.

Such a scene naturally fell into Karkaroff's eyes, and the smile on his face suddenly deepened.

However, when he heard the conversation of Ron and his friends, the smiling expression on his face suddenly froze.

He glanced slightly at Harry and his friends, and cursed in his heart contemptuously.

Impolite little wizards!

Then he plastered a warm smile on his face and greeted Dumbledore and Agilbert.

At this moment, Professor McGonagall also returned with the people from Uagadou.

Seeing this, Dumbledore no longer hesitated and invited everyone to enter the Great Hall together.

The Durmstrang students sat at the Slytherin table, and the Beauxbatons students sat with the Ravenclaw students.

The Ilvermorny students joined the Hufflepuff side, and the Uagadou students sat down here at Gryffindor.

In the noisy atmosphere, Dumbledore came to the front of the professor's table.

"Welcome to our guests from afar. I believe we can all get along happily in the coming year."

"Please, everyone, eat and drink as much as you like, just like at your own home."

"Now, let the feast begin."
