Hogwarts: I am the White Demon King

#29 - Chapter 29: Kindness is hard to refuse

The little wizards cheered and immediately began preparing with great enthusiasm.

Watching these second-year youngsters, a touch of anticipation arose in Sebastian's heart.

Based on his memories of the movies from his previous life, he could recognize several of the young wizards.

Gryffindor's Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Angelina Johnson, and Alicia Spinnet.

Hufflepuff's Cedric Diggory.

Slytherin's Graham Montague.

Ravenclaw's Roger Davies.

Well, well!

All of them are the mainstays of their respective Quidditch teams later on!

I wonder if these little fellows can bring me any surprises?

......

Unexpectedly, three young wizards actually made it into the top 14.

Fred Weasley,

George Weasley,

Cedric Diggory.

Cedric even achieved a good score of 8th place.

No wonder he became the Hufflepuff team captain in his third year in the movies!

The other little wizards didn't perform as well.

After all, compared to the older players, they still lacked a lot of flying experience.

Achieving these results was quite reasonable.

However, their talents were quite good. Although they were somewhat behind the top geniuses, they would definitely be able to join their respective House Quidditch teams this year.

Seeing so many good Quidditch prospects emerge from Gryffindor, Professor McGonagall couldn't stop smiling.

She gathered the Gryffindor players together and praised them endlessly.

Fred, in the crowd, suddenly had a flash of inspiration and thought of a good idea.

He and George huddled together and whispered a few words, then shouted to Sebastian:

"Professor Swan! Can you show us a trick?! Let us see how good you are!"

Fred's shout immediately attracted the attention of the surrounding little wizards.

The professor going on the field?

What a great idea!

I wonder what kind of posture the professor will use to fly through hoop number 11.

Will he make a fool of himself?

I really want to see it!

They became excited and started chanting:

"Professor, show us a trick! Show us a trick!"

"Professor, don't hold back! Crush us with your skills!"

"Professor Swan, are you afraid?!"

"Let us see the flying skills of the world's number one Seeker!"

Hearing the little wizards' chants, Sebastian didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

Let himself go on the field?

And don't hold back?

He looked around, and the eyes of every little wizard were shining with anticipation!

Oh dear, how could he say no to this situation.

It's hard to refuse such enthusiasm!

However, you asked for this yourselves.

Don't blame me if you become disillusioned.

He laughed loudly, "Since that's the case, I'll give you a live demonstration."

With that, he waved his hand, summoned a flying broom, and mounted it.

He pushed off hard with his feet and shot towards hoop number 1 with a whoosh.

The little wizards stared intently at Sebastian's every move, afraid of missing a single detail.

They wanted to know what the world's number one Seeker would do.

Soon, they were stunned, their mouths wide open, revealing expressions of disbelief.

Professor Swan flies so smoothly!

Like a free bird!

Charlie was already flying well enough before.

But compared to Professor Swan, it's not even close!

Look,

That silky smooth turn,

Without any deceleration at all!

Next are hoops number 10 and 11.

"Wow!"

"Merlin's beard!"

"How is that possible?!?!?"

The little wizards exclaimed. What did they see?

After coming out of hoop number 10, Professor Swan was actually diving down in a spin!

He accurately passed through hoop number 11, then soared into the sky, flying towards the next hoop.

Is that something a human can do??

We're both Quidditch players, how are you so good??!!

The little wizards erupted.

"Oh my god! The professor is amazing!"

"Is this the value of the world's number one Seeker!"

"Pay attention, the professor accurately passes through the center of the hoop every time!"

"The professor has been flying the best route all along! This way, he can avoid decelerating as much as possible and sprint with all his strength!"

"Damn it! I didn't bring my magic camera. If I had recorded this, it would definitely sell well!"

Next, Sebastian showed off all kinds of skills, giving the little wizards a wonderful visual feast.

After he passed through hoop number 36, the little wizards all looked at the scoreboard in unison.

They eagerly wanted to know what score the professor would get.

1 minute 59 seconds!

Oh my god!

That's so much faster than Charlie's best score of 2 minutes 38 seconds!

How can it be so fast?

Too amazing!

The little wizards couldn't stand still anymore. They cheered and rushed towards Sebastian, who was slowly landing.

As soon as he landed, he was surrounded by the little wizards, who were jumping and shouting wildly, making his ears ache.

Professor McGonagall stood aside happily watching the commotion, with no intention of helping to relieve him.

It took Sebastian a lot of effort to quiet the little wizards down.

He said loudly:

"Today's trials are over. The top 14 players will gather at the Quidditch pitch at two o'clock this afternoon."

"You have two hours of rest. I hope you rest well and participate in the afternoon trials with high spirits."

With that, he put away his flying broom, hurriedly greeted Professor McGonagall, and walked away quickly.

Sebastian didn't even dare to go to the Great Hall, but went straight back to his office, for fear of being surrounded by the enthusiastic little wizards again.

He first enjoyed a hearty lunch in the office, then went to the lounge to lie down comfortably and had a wonderful nap.

At two o'clock in the afternoon, when Sebastian arrived at the Quidditch pitch, the 14 winners from the morning had already arrived.

Without further ado, he immediately began the afternoon trials.

The 14 players took turns to step forward and conduct the test in the order of the morning.

In order to prevent everyone from vying for the same position, Sebastian specially asked the players to compete in all the events.

First, as Chasers, conduct the accuracy test of the Quaffle.

Secondly, as Beaters, attack the Bludger in a high-speed flight state to make it hit the moving alchemical puppet.

Then, as Keeper, conduct a defensive test.

Each test was still the same as in the morning, conducted in three rounds! Then take the player's best score as the final result.

Finally, he also let the players experience the feeling of being a Seeker.

However, most of the players found it very difficult! Only Charlie and Cedric performed well.

Gryffindor's Wood was even dazed on the field, unable to find the Golden Snitch at all!

There was no way around it, the Seeker test was only conducted for one round before Sebastian had to stop it helplessly.
