Hogwarts Everything is Three
Chapter 184: Tunnel Quest (modified)
Hearing Ron's words, Allen also looked at the surrounding situation. The entire platform was empty except for the three of them.
"Look, there is a door over there." Allen pointed to a small doorway.
"Perhaps they were inside the door, and they didn't say anything to scare us." Ron said expectantly. "Perhaps it was George's attention."
This sounds very reasonable. The three people walked toward the doorway, and the white-clothed woman followed closely behind them.
"Really, Bill repeatedly emphasized that we must stay together, but now they are making such a joke!" Ron was angry.
Allen did not answer, he would rather Ron's guess is true, the three of them were left on the platform, just a joke.
Ron took the lead through the doorway and froze in place.
Allen followed closely, behind the door was a long and crooked tunnel, no one was visible.
"Dad, mom, where are you?" Ron's horrified voice echoed loudly in the tunnel.
But no one responded to him.
"Hey! Where are you?" Ron put his hands on his lips into a trumpet shape, and the shout echoed in the tunnel.
Still no one answered.
"Perhaps they are just around the corner. They must be hiding, waiting to see what we do." Ron comforted Allen and himself.
But no one responded to him. Alan illuminated the wall of the tunnel with a magic wand, facing the mural on the wall.
"Well, I know, this must be another clumsy trick George and the others want to scare me." Seeing Alan ignore him, Ron explained to the girl in white.
"No!" The woman in white quickly braided her long hair into a braid, revealing her mature and attractive features.
Ron was almost fascinated, watching her flexible white fingers interspersed in her golden hair.
When she finished her action and looked at Ron suspiciously with her head tilted, Ron recovered.
"Hey, what are you saying?" Ron asked, he almost forgot what he had said before.
"This is not a prank. Also, I don't call ‘Hey’, I’m Nancy." Nancy frowned dissatisfied.
"Ah, Nancy, good name!" Ron praised.
"Nancy is right, we are indeed lost." Alan finished his observation and walked over.
"What did you find?" Ron asked curiously.
"I think we entered a cemetery that has never been stepped on." Allen replied.
"Ha, great! If we go out, maybe we will be rewarded a lot of Jin Jialong!" Ron clapped his hands excitedly.
"What is Jin Jialong? But you have to wait for you to go out first!" Nancy said disdainfully.
Ron ignored Nancy, followed Alan's appearance, cast the Fluorescent Charm, and looked at the authentic walls.
"Is this a new type of flashlight? It's too long!" Nancy looked at Ron's wand curiously and leaned over.
Alan continued to explore along the tunnel.
Many ancient murals and ancient Egyptian characters are carved on the walls of the tomb.
These murals have a clear layout and rich content.
There are farmers working in the fields, harvesters with grain on their shoulders, hunters with bows and arrows, and there are scenes of boating on the river.
But there are some murals expressing meanings that are puzzling, such as people who look like butchers, people dancing, and people holding a bundle of cloth.
What are these people doing? They behaved very strangely.
The most eye-catching is a portrait painting-a man and a woman face the east, the man in front, looks majestic, and has a strong body; the woman behind, looks serene and has a plump body.
They all held a thick crooked cane in their hands with jewels.
Alan is a little guessing about this painting, maybe this is the magic wand of an ancient Egyptian wizard?
These murals have lasted for thousands of years, but they are so complete that Alan can't believe it.
But at the same time, he also confirmed that no one has set foot here.
Otherwise, these exquisite murals must have long ceased to exist.
"It's incredible! These murals are so beautiful!" Ron sighed and caught up to Allen.
Nancy followed him and trot all the way. Before they knew it, Ellen and the others had already walked a long way along the tunnel extending to the right.
The floor began to tilt upward, and the air was very dry, giving off a musty smell.
"This is really exciting!" Nancy said as he turned a corner.
Allen felt it necessary to re-acquaint the woman who was yelling in fright before.
"Sapphires, rubies, emeralds... Maybe I can still wear a crown of jewels worn by princesses of ancient Egypt!" Nancy murmured quietly.
"Alan, do you think there will be mummies in the tomb?" Ron was more interested in mummies.
"Of course it will! Since this tomb has not been discovered, there must be a mummy." Allen replied affirmatively.
"Do you only have—mummy in your mind?" Nancy made a face in disgust.
"We are not looking at the mummies in an ancient Egyptian pyramid!" Ron retorted.
"There may be jewellery and antiques worth millions of pounds in this tomb," Nancy accused Ron, "and you are thinking of a terrifying mummy!"
"What do you Muggles know!" Ron retorted angrily ~www.NovelMTL.com~Muggles? What nonsense is this? You are the Muggle. "Nancy became angry too, she thought Ron was scolding her with words she didn't understand.
"I think, don't be happy too early. It is necessary to be vigilant anytime and anywhere. Ron is right. There will be mummies in such a tomb, and there may be other unknown dangers..." Ai wisely Said, at this moment, Allen heard a voice and stopped.
"Did you hear anything?" Allen asked.
"No." Ron and Nancy said in unison, looking puzzled.
Allen listened carefully.
But the voice was gone again.
"Did I misheard it?"
Allen clenched his wand tightly and walked back to the front of the tunnel.
They turned the corner. The tunnel became narrower and narrower, and the walls on both sides seemed to be pressing against them.
The ground is harder and there is less sand.
In the dim light, Alan noticed that two forks had suddenly appeared in front of the tunnel, and he stopped again.
"Which one shall we go?" Ron asked puzzled.
Allen ran into the tunnel on the left, quickly illuminating the walls on both sides with the light from his magic wand.
Then he retreated quickly and stepped into the tunnel on the right.
Ron and Nancy followed Alan innocently, not knowing why.
"The mural in the tunnel on the left is a pattern of Muggle life, and the tunnel on the right is a wizard." Allen explained softly.
"We are wizards, we should go to the right." Allen's reasoning is very powerful, and simple and rude.
The tunnel maze, there may be hundreds of tunnels in the pyramid, except the designer, no one can tell which one should go!
