Harry Potter's Catastrophe

Chapter 380: Picking up for free

Carney saw shrapnel on the ground. This should be an entrance to the wizarding world. A missile happened to penetrate through and exploded near the square.

The damage caused by the cannonballs to the wizarding world is quite serious, especially those integrated with Muggle buildings. Those are the root cause of the cannonballs flying into the wizarding world.

Some of them came in with the apparation of wizards who were still in the Muggle world. Carney also saw some body parts of robots, and one was a robot that got in somehow.

Some shops were completely bombed and were still smoking. The whole town was desolate.

You can imagine how tragic that day was. The artillery fire in New York at that time was dozens of times that of the wizarding world.

Carney saw blood stains, but there was no body. It seems that the New York Ministry of Magic disposed of the body. As for why the house was not repaired, he felt it was unnecessary.

There are also some places that are not the result of cannonballs, but are works of magic.

He passed by a wand shop, which was badly damaged. The words on the door had been burned, all the shelves inside were knocked over, and the boxes were all empty. It didn't look like the owner had taken it away, but that it had been robbed.

"Fugitive." Carney has read the newspaper. A fugitive from prison must have needed a magic wand to escape. It's really a tough job for the magic wand boss. What a loss.

"Let me see if there are any left, hehehe." Carney chuckled, not wanting to pick up anything for free.

Walking into the store, wand boxes were scattered all over the floor, many of them empty, and there were broken wands on the ground.

"It's such a pity." Carney shook his head. The broken wand could no longer be used.

Finding magic items was easy for him. He expanded his senses and the location of the wand was clearly visible. He found several boxes on the shelf, and one in a cardboard box scattered on the ground. There was another box under the cabinet, and there were more than a dozen on the side shelf. A magic wand.

To Muggles, a wand may be just a small wooden stick, and you may not be able to find it if it falls on the ground at night, but to wizards, it is almost like a glow stick.

If it's your own wand, you can find it with your eyes closed, of course it has to be nearby.

Carney felt happy. Hey, if he wasn't in a hurry, he would have wanted to go shopping here. He put away all the wands, a total of one hundred and three.

Pushing open the door inside the store, Carney looked around and saw that there was nothing there. The owner must have closed the door and allowed the fugitives to rob him, and escaped with some of his belongings.

Leave the wand point and continue walking on the street.

The wizard shops along the way were in a mess, and many people might want to take advantage of the chaos to loot some ill-gotten gains. Many of the items in the shops had been taken away.

After walking for a while, Carney finally saw a familiar place - Dave's Magic Items Department Store.

That was the store where Carney bought the sky-high price tent before. It cost a lot of money.

Now that I came across it, I immediately beamed with joy, thinking if I could get some of it back, it would be great to bring a few tents with me.

"Hey, it's really clean." After walking around, Carney saw that the tables, chairs and shelves inside were neatly arranged, but they were all empty. It was obvious that he had cleaned up and ran away.

Boss Dave had no choice but to let go. Other store owners were busy running for their lives, but he actually had time to pack up all the things and take them away.

Carney was surprised to find that the surrounding shops were also clean, and Carney immediately understood.

"Boss Dave is very good at doing business. He makes fortune from disasters." Open the tent, stuff things inside, and only need to take the tent bag with you when leaving. It is not easy to escape with all your belongings.

It seems that his tents should be sold for a lot. Carney is not in the mood to scavenge for scraps, and there are not many good things that can be sold.

Carney felt around and found no one, but he saw a lot of cats, lizards, and toads.

They must have escaped from the pet shop. Carney always avoids these pets. If there is an Animagus hidden inside, he will overturn.

Although his car is very hard and he is not afraid of it turning over, he still has to be careful.

He searched the wizarding street for a long time but didn't see anyone, so he immediately planned to go to the Muggle world to have a look, but he disappeared with a snap.

A strange and craggy building appeared in front of Carney, a magnificent alien fortress standing in the center of New York.

Dang, ding, dong, click, click, bang, and other various knocking sounds, welding sounds, and impact sounds exploded in Carney's ears.

Next to Carney was a robot that was knocking on the building. It looked like a construction vehicle. Carney immediately walked away. It was so deafening.

"Human!" The red eyes of a robot carrying steel bars on the road immediately scanned Carney and found that it was a human. "wipe out!"

The mechanical arm immediately turned into a Gatling gun barrel, and it flickered when you looked at it.

"Da da da da da da!" "Bang!" The robot legs of the knocking building were immediately shot, and he knelt down on one knee.

"Bastard!" The engineering robot raised its hand and fired a missile.

"Bang!" The guy carrying the steel bars was blown to pieces, and the sound of gunfire immediately attracted the red eyes of many robots.

"Phew!" Carney covered his chest and sat on the floor of Wizard Street. "Fortunately, he reacted quickly. It seems that he couldn't appear directly in the city center. He was almost beaten into a sieve."

"These Earth machines don't look very smart. Another one was killed over there." Starscream flew from the air to the edge of Megatron on the top of the building and said. "There are even quite a few people on strike. Why not get rid of those who are disobedient?"

Although there are many Transformers created by the Fire Source, not every Transformer takes orders from the Decepticons.

The reason why they agree to destroy and kill after gaining life is entirely because they want to take out their anger on humans. They are driven by them, used by them, and then ruthlessly abandoned after being scrapped.

revenge! It is what they want to do most after gaining life. They participate in destruction and killing, and they are absolutely obedient to Megatron who gave them life.

As time goes by, the memories brought by the source of fire in the brain are slowly adapted to them.

Some Transformers don't want to take orders from Megatron, don't want to work for him, and some are rebellious. These are just a few.

Most of the Transformers still obey Megatron's orders. Many of them were moved by Megatron's heroic words and wanted to do something in return for being given life.

Within a few days, conflicts began to arise among the created Transformers, and it was common for them to suddenly start fighting over disagreements.

"This is why you can never become a leader." Megatron sneered, but did not intend to explain.

"By the way, the human child we wanted to bring suddenly flew out of the west city and disappeared." Starscream continued to report.

"Is he the human child who told you about the source of fire and my location?" Megatron only remembered that there was such a person when he was mentioned.

Jingtianlei reported the complete story to him. It was a human child who came to them and told them the location of Megatron and the source of fire.
