Harry Potter Morning Light

Chapter 33 Ins and Outs

The Hufflepuff girls were the most timid of the four houses, and everyone knew they were bullies. If she's unlucky enough to be a Muggleborn with no connections in the wizarding world, she's a ready target for a pureblood.

There is one thing Pomona needs to figure out before implementing the plan, and that is why Nancy Poitier was bullied by Bella Black to drop out of school.

Everyone has their own taboos, boys don't like being called cowards, losers, girls don't like being called ugly, some wizards don't like being called dark wizards. Nancy was born in the Muggle world, and she didn't understand many taboos in the wizarding world. If she couldn't control her mouth and accidentally touched Bella's bad luck, then she would be a little bit to blame for being taught a lesson. The whole Hufflepuff Husband going to war with Slytherin in order to give her a sigh of relief will only intensify the conflict and cause an unmanageable situation.

She can go back to school after dropping out, and Pomona can ask Dumbledore to allow her to return to study, but if Bella bullies her, they will have revenge.

Patience is for revenge. A rabbit will bite people when it is in a hurry, let alone people.

"Angie!"

At the entrance of the potions classroom, Pomona found Hufflepuff's prefect. It was already past meal time and the lunch break was almost over. The reason for the two consecutive lessons.

"Oh, Professor Martin, what can you do?"

Angie was teasing her, too, and Hufflepuff was well informed, and the news that Pomona was going to be a professor at eleven had already spread.

"I have something to ask you." She pulled Angel aside. "Can you tell me why Nancy dropped out?"

The smile on Angie's face faded.

"That's not what you should know."

"Why? Because I'm a professor?"

"No, how old do you think you are? You are only eleven years old!" The female grade head rarely put on a stern expression. "Now that the dean and the principal are not here, who do you think can protect your safety?"

"The law does not blame the public. As long as we are united, no one will dare to provoke us. Besides, don't you feel ashamed to let the boys handle the conflicts between the girls?"

"So what's your plan?"

Pomona lifted a rattan cage and opened the lid. "Do you know what this is?"

"Soft-clawed land shrimp?" Angie looked up at Pomona strangely.

"That's right." Pomona closed the lid again, "Two points for Hufflepuff."

Angie laughed, "You want to use it to take revenge on Slytherin? It's only three-star dangerous, and any spell can repel them."

"Two Slytherin students tortured a house-elf with the Unforgivable Curse today." Pomona said coldly, "I believe they will cooperate with us in completing this plan."

The smile on Anji's face faded, and after a while, he lowered his voice seriously, "You mean..."

"They can't eat food prepared by someone else and at the same time denigrate the person who cooked it for them," Pomona said coldly. Enjoy the food at Hogwarts with peace of mind, this is my plan, will you join Angie?"

Angie looked Pomona up and down, and suddenly evoked a meaningful smile, "What is your identity when you say this now? A professor or a student?"

"A Hufflepuff, I honor Hufflepuff's honor and shame on Hufflepuff."

"Oh sweetie, why doesn't Pete ever introduce you to us?" Angie hugged Pomona like she'd met some kind of stuffed mascot.

"Let me go!" Pomona broke free from her arms, almost suffocating Angie's soft chest.

Angie Diggle dragged her out of the dungeon, making sure no Slytherins were around before telling her what was going on in a low voice.

"Do you know Lucius Malfoy? From the looks of him, he's invulnerable. Nancy, that idiot, often peeped at him, and was spotted by Bella's group. They pretended to be Malfoy and asked her to go to the second floor. You I know, it is the place where Myrtle was killed, Nancy didn't know about it, she went there happily, and then she was locked in the toilet cubicle by Bella who had been waiting there for a whole night."

Pomona took a deep breath, "Didn't anyone notice that someone was missing?"

"Winter vacation will start the next day, and many people left early, we thought she was gone too." Angie whispered, "Later, her roommate found that her luggage was all there, so she realized something was wrong. Wait until we find her She was going crazy with fright."

The wizarding world can subvert the existing common sense of Muggles. Pomona believed that if she was suddenly in a Muggle school, her performance would not be much better than that of Eddie Water. What's more, Myrtle's death was bizarre and terrifying. Nancy was also a Muggleborn, and maybe Nancy thought she'd be the next to die in the bathroom.

To be chained up overnight in a dark, damp cubicle where monsters will appear at any time is scary to think about.

"Didn't she call for help?"

"Called, but no one heard." Angie said blankly, "Pringer rarely goes there to inspect."

In Pomona's view, Bella Black's actions are really shameless, but the root cause is that Nancy is too stupid. She thought that a pure-blood noble like Malfoy would take a fancy to a Muggle girl like her.

Muggles also have fairy tales. There is a story called Cinderella. Maybe she thought she had the power of a fairy godmother and became Cinderella herself, and then she overestimated her ability to think that the prince would fall in love with her.

"Bella likes Malfoy too?"

"No, she goes around claiming that she is the most loyal servant of the Dark Lord, and she has been conquered by someone who is old enough to be her father." Angie said with a sneer, "She taught Nancy because she felt that Nancy was delusional. During the winter vacation She spread the news to the entire aristocratic social circle, not only Hogwarts students, but even the adults knew about it, and Nancy dropped out of school in the second week after returning from winter vacation."

Pomona didn't expect people to be so vicious. Lucius Malfoy is a shining golden boy. God knows how many pure-blood girls are waiting in line to marry him, just like girls would be jealous of beautiful men of the same sex , Boys will also be jealous of those of the same sex who are better than themselves, they will not pick up "the bones left over by others", with this kind of scandal, Nancy will not be able to gain a foothold in the wizarding world even after graduating from Hogwarts, let alone get married. Where would she go if she couldn't find a job and couldn't possibly find a husband to support her?

"Okay, that's the way it happened. Bring the things and you can go!" Angie snatched the cage from Pomona's hand. "Leave the next thing to the senior, freshman."

"Aren't you afraid of offending them? Angie." Pomona lowered her voice.

"We have no choice, Pomona." Angie said calmly, "If we don't defend our honor, Hufflepuff will be regarded by graduates of other colleges as a college for producing silly girls, and I think so too. Letting boys get involved in this matter will intensify the conflict, in order to avoid the seriousness of the situation, it is the best way for us to solve it ourselves."

"Okay then, be careful."

"Just pretend you don't know anything, honey." Before Pomona left, Angie smiled and held the cage. "This is our secret, understand?"

Pomona nodded solemnly, and then disappeared into the long corridor.
