Harry Potter and the Attack of the Squibs
Chapter 10 Voldemort is thinking
Mrs. Weasley burst out laughing at the sight of Harry.
"Harry! Albus, didn't you say you would come over in the morning?"
Dumbledore smiled: "Harry helped me a lot, things went very well."
Mrs. Weasley quickly brought the two people into the room.
After entering, Harry was surprised to find that Mrs. Weasley was not alone, Tonks was also here.
"Hello, Professor, hello, Harry."
Harry nodded. He thought Tonks looked in bad shape.
Tonks didn't seem to want to talk at all and she left in a hurry.
Then after a brief exchange of pleasantries, Dumbledore also left.
Harry was left alone, and Mrs. Weasley began to welcome him warmly, talking and cooking for him.
Harry was surprised to find that he was indeed hungry.
So Harry started eating.
And Weasley kept talking, talking about Ron and Hermione, and Mr. Weasley and Percy.
"They have all been promoted, so now they are working overtime every night..."
Mrs. Weasley seemed a little happy, but a little reluctant.
Harry ate and listened, but had other things on his mind.
From the corner of his eye, he saw the big clock on the side. The hands of that big clock did not point to the time, but had hands representing everyone in the family, pointing to what they were doing now.
Now, all indicators point to mortal danger.
"Never mind, it seems like it's been like this since Voldemort came back."
Harry nodded casually.
He knew that Mrs. Weasley was particularly concerned.
Finally, Mr. Weasley returned.
He was still exchanging signals with Mrs. Weasley at the door.
However, Mr. Weasley didn't seem to know that Harry was inside, and Harry was embarrassed and a little amused to hear a little secret between the Weasleys.
Mr. Weasley, already starving, rushed to the table and was overjoyed to see Harry.
Harry was beginning to drift off to sleep by this time.
Mrs. Weasley sent him to the twins' room, where he rested, because the twins now opened a shop in Diagon Alley, and their business was so good that they also slept in the attic of the shop at night.
Harry lay on the bed and quickly fell asleep.
…
Voldemort stood in front of a huge cauldron, lowering his head and thinking.
There was no one around him. This was a large room, the largest in Malfoy Manor, but Voldemort could naturally have it all to himself.
There are gorgeous tapestries hanging on the walls around the room. If you look carefully, the patterns on them will move. And if an alchemist sees it, he will find that the contents of those patterns are all alchemical puzzles.
This is an alchemist's workshop.
And Voldemort is here to prepare for himself to get the villain in the bottle.
Of course he knew that the villain in the bottle was still in Lu Ke's hands, and Lu Ke was almost invincible.
But few people know that Voldemort has already broken through what is considered the most impenetrable link in his path: Dumbledore.
When Dumbledore failed, Lu Ke naturally had nothing to worry about.
Few people have really thought about what Lu Ke would become when Hogwarts lost Dumbledore.
Death Eaters used to be afraid of Lu Ke, because when he left Hogwarts, he would become the Grim Reaper.
But when Hogwarts loses Dumbledore's protection, maybe things will be different.
Voldemort didn't think Lu Ke was that difficult to deal with, especially since Voldemort already had useful chess pieces in his hands.
This is definitely not a simple matter. The little man in the bottle has his own soul. He is born pure and does not like dark wizards like Voldemort.
What's more, only the alchemist who created the bot knows how to leave an imprint on the bot: this method itself reveals part of the bot's nature.
But Voldemort had a special advantage.
He got all the process and complete formula for Lu Ke to make the little man in the bottle from Harris Green.
Of course, because of the lack of "a little bit of memory" that Lu Ke can provide, Voldemort cannot copy the villain in the bottle, but it can still be done to leave an imprint on the villain in the bottle.
Of course, it's never easy.
Lu Ke's memory was used to create the little man in the bottle, so naturally, the little man in the bottle is more likely to accept Lu Ke's imprint.
Of course, Lu Ke didn't do this, so he gave Voldemort a chance.
But the villain in the bottle is no less resistant to rejection.
Voldemort must find a way to penetrate the absolutely pure soul of the villain in the bottle.
Of course, as an alchemist, his first thought was alchemy.
For dark wizards, alchemy has a wider scope and more options.
But now Voldemort was in trouble.
He couldn't think of a way.
The little man in the bottle is too perfect. In alchemy, the more perfect it is, the more stable it is. Since he can no longer change, there is no way to leave the mark of Voldemort's soul.
This is something that alchemy simply cannot do.
Voldemort fell into a long period of powerlessness.
And now, he is also looking at his failed experiment again and falling into self-doubt.
But Voldemort wanted to get the villain in the bottle no matter what.
This is the shortcut to the greatest power.
Voldemort stood up and turned to look out the window.
Malfoy Manor has a long history and is very well-kept. Outside the windows are neat hedges and lawns. Although the edge of the woods in the distance is the ominous dark green of the swamp, it is still perfect up close.
A wave of confused thoughts arose in Voldemort's mind.
Voldemort had absolute trust in Lucius Malfoy and his family.
Some people are like machines, they will only act according to one standard throughout their lives.
Lucius Malfoy is such a person.
He would follow and serve Voldemort, who was more powerful than him, unless Voldemort one day weakened and became weaker than him, and would betray him without hesitation.
Some people may say that Dumbledore is definitely stronger than Voldemort, and Voldemort has also been weak.
But for Lucius Malfoy, the so-called power is actually not the power that everyone thinks, but the possibility of harm to him.
Dumbledore didn't care about Lucius Malfoy.
And Voldemort, even if he became a ghost in a foreign country, could still cause Lucius Malfoy to suffer heartbreaking pain.
This is Lucius Malfoy, this is the Malfoy family, this is pure-blood wizards, this is the wizarding world.
Voldemort knew that his destiny was to stand at the top.
