Enter the Immortal Cultivation

Summary and comments on the third volume

Remarks on the recommendation, I never thought that I would have the chance to write this kind of thing. In addition, today I squeezed into the monthly ticket list of the category in my previous life, which made me feel that these days were really like a dream.

At first, I really didn't expect to get to this point.

The first volume shows the world view, the second volume is about a mentally ill patient who has a mental breakdown and begins to integrate into the new world, and the third volume is the "ultimate picture", and it allows the grown-up guy to truly integrate into this world. When I was adjusting my thinking, I kept thinking about what kind of novel I wanted to write.

Wang Qi's personal history of pretending to be cool and slapping his face? The journey of a literary youth through time travel? A simple happy and funny article?

It seems that none of them are.

I want to write science fiction.

It was probably in elementary school when I first came into contact with a magazine called "Science Fiction World". I still remember that at that time, Teacher Xia Ji was still a goddess like an older sister, Teacher Liu Wenyang was still there, and "The Three-Body Problem" was still serialized...

Since then, I like "science fiction" very much.

A long time ago, in the class of studying aesthetics, the teacher once told me an aesthetic theory that originated from the West. The philosopher Longinus [I still remember this majestic or sacred or second-rate name] regarded "beauty" and "sublimity" as two parallel beauties. Later, philosophers and aestheticians of all generations supplemented and enriched the meaning of "sublimity".

In the aesthetic genre, the basic feature of sublimity is to highlight the opposition and conflict between subject and object, man and nature, sensibility and rationality. The essence of sublimity lies in the sharp opposition and severe conflict between human essential power and object. The object attempts to overwhelm the subject with great momentum and power. The subject further stimulates its own essential power to fight against it in the severe conflict, and finally defeats and conquers the object, so that the essential power of human beings is more fully manifested than in beautiful things. The core of sublimity lies in "conflict". Sublimity is reflected in the contradiction and conflict between subject and object. After sharp and fierce opposition, the subject defeats the object and finally transforms from pain to pleasure

So, I understand. I am conquered by such beauty.

Science fiction is the embodiment of sublime beauty.

Nothing is bigger than the universe. Nothing is more thrilling than the progress of a civilization.

Life, death, time, fate, unknown, conquest...

This is what a science fiction can express, and it is also what I want to write.

Whether the "pattern" is big or "sublime" is not determined by the size of the data, nor by how many tens of thousands of combat power it has. I have seen a world system called "multiverse" in name, but it may not be as big as the solar system, or a plot that can blow up the world with one punch, and the pattern is confined to the campus. I have also seen a race's tragic song about fate that only happened on a spaceship.

In a universe where "spiritual energy exists" as a premise, how does a race called "human" rise as a race using a method called "science".

This is what I want to write.

Because this is a "science fiction", I want to write it a little bit differently. In this story, Wang Qi plays the role of "Luo Ji" and "Ding Yi". He will explore and explain this universe little by little from the two levels of social laws and physical laws.

Well, this does sound incredible. How can one person do these things?

Fortunately, there is a kind of creature in the world called mathematician.

Mathematicians can be excellent physicists, such as Weyl; mathematicians can also be excellent sociologists, such as Keynes.

Of course, mathematicians can also be physicists and sociologists at the same time, such as von Neumann.

So, I let Wang Qi enter the Wanfa Gate, so that he can use two lines to show the appearance of "that universe" bit by bit.

Uh... Although I am not good at writing due to my writing ability.

This is my only feeling after the end of the lengthy third volume.

I hope I can continue to improve in the future ORZ.

Finally, I still shamelessly ask for votes. I hope I can stay on the monthly ticket list for a longer time︿( ̄︶ ̄)︿

Dear readers, please fulfill my wish~RAmen
