The so-called "plus one level for married couples" means that when both spouses are employees of the company, the one with the highest level will be calculated as the one with the highest level, and an additional level of treatment will be added when the dormitory is provided. Level 5 employees and Level 4 employees have families based on the same principle as above.
The so-called "two levels for children with children" welfare policy can be easily understood based on the above-mentioned implementation method. It is valid for second-, third-, and fourth-level employees, and can be added up to the D dormitory standard for sixth-level employees.
Huazhenxing still takes Huang Fengye and Lin Hongshan as an example. If they get married now, they can be assigned a two-bedroom dormitory, and they can switch to a three-bedroom dormitory when they have children.
Although the house belongs to the company, employees can live in it as long as they are employed. They do not have to pay rent, heating bills and property fees. They only need to bear the water, electricity and gas bills themselves.
This policy is very attractive. It should be noted that ordinary employees at the lowest level, even if they have not been promoted, will be promoted to Level 2 after two years, Level 3 after five years, and Level 4 after ten years!
