A person's longevity is determined by his soul. The decay of the physical body is not fundamental. As people grow older, their souls will gradually decay and wither. People become confused when they get old, not only because of their physical failure, but also because of the decay of their souls. Therefore, as long as one cannot break through to the level of an extraordinary monk, the withering of the soul is inevitable. Even if the physical body is cultivated to the limit, it can only maintain a lifespan of one hundred and fifty years. When the time comes, the physical body is still alive, but the soul decays, so a little bit of the true spirit breaks away and returns to the heaven and earth.

There are many science fiction or scientific conjectures in modern time and space. They say that when biotechnology develops to a certain level and the body decays, it is enough to clone a living body and replace the soul. That is a delusion. The body will wither and the soul will wither. Unless the soul can be prevented from withering, it would be in vain to replace it with a hundred bodies. When the time comes, death is inevitable.

Therefore, the essence feeds back and strengthens the soul. When it reaches a certain level, it can directly touch the heaven and earth. Only those with the root can open the mysterious door of heaven and earth.

And without roots, the soul is like a shell, unable to open this mysterious door.

Root nature is like a beacon in the dark night. Without this light, the soul will always be in darkness.

When you open the entrance and touch the heaven and earth with your soul, you will find that this world is so vivid. Many existences that cannot be seen with the naked eye, cannot be detected by outsiders, and cannot be understood by racking one's brains, appear one by one. Oh, I see. Only monks who have stepped through the threshold will have this kind of realization.

Under the guidance of the root, the soul can capture the spiritual energy flowing between heaven and earth, incorporate it into the soul, and smelt it with the essence that is continuously fed back from the acupoints to give birth to the first ray of mana.

This is the process of a monk stepping into the door from outside.

The birth of the first ray of mana marked the birth of a monk. This ray of mana is the source, the foundation for refining and absorbing the energy of heaven and earth. At this time, the monks are qualified to swallow the energy of heaven and earth.
