Release Notes

I needed to write an outline for the website temporarily this morning, but I didn’t have time to code it, so I owe a chapter this morning.

The old rule is that if you owe one for two, two chapters will be updated on Monday, plus one chapter will be updated on Immortal Emperor, and at least 8 chapters will be updated on Monday.
