The continent is reorganized in such a way that sentient races, such as humans, will have their corresponding backroom area (connected to their precise coordinates in the vestibule) shaped by the collective consciousness of the race to which they belong.

This explains the many frighteningly familiar appearances of many layers and provides many insights into the appearance and form of extraterrestrial chamber star clusters.

Due to the higher-dimensional nature of the Children of Tianhai, many prominent scientists and scholars from a large number of races hypothesized that Tianhai may be the true birthplace of the child himself.

Why not a single Venerable has ever mentioned it, even in passing is unknown, but implies that it is more than it seems.

The W.O.D.A.N Project

, or Wave Function Act Derivative Application Network, is a weapons platform project developed by B.F.L.

The purpose is to provide humanity with a reliable defense against the extremely powerful entity in the known universe that epitomizes power, the near-god-like race known as the Children of the Nine Heavenly Seas.

While this species has proven to be almost extinct, it is often wise to be cautious when dealing with creatures of their level.

The core concept of the device is the causal manipulation of noble races, which have the ability to collapse, expand, and change the value and probability of quantum wave functions.

This concept is best explained by quoting the classic thought experiment, Schrödinger's cat, named after the titular physicist.

In the experiment, a cat was placed in a box containing a device containing a radioactive isotope — when the radioactive isotope decays, it activates the release of a potent poison that kills the cat.

Schrödinger hypothesized that in this case, cats without observers were in both life and death.

When the observer opens the box, revealing the cat's state, this wave function is folded.

The noble race, either as a symptom of their extracosmic origin or something completely different, is somehow not considered an observer of the wave function.

Instead, they can actually affect the state of the wave function to a terrifying degree, with the potential to make or eliminate objects on a whim.

This may be why they are immune to conventional attacks, and why other members of their race are able to hurt each other with physical blows;

Obviously, other heavens can counteract this effect.

These wave function manipulation abilities also extended to the Nine Heavenly Artifacts, including the weaker replica located in the Sacred Church Temple of Level 94.

We can't fully activate these pseudo-items yet, but we have a simple understanding of how to take advantage of their more mundane features.

This initiative seeks to harness these capabilities and create a superweapon capable of erasing an entire object, place or entity from existence through wave function elimination.

Over the past thousand years, B.F.L. has managed to gather some understanding on how to activate three fakes retrieved from the temple (the Shattered Kingdom, the Megalithic Trident, and the Dominion Staff).

However, in order to implement the installation, there are still six main objectives that must be achieved.

Objective 1: Acquire specific materials required for the long-term surface activation of three replica artifacts.

Goal 2: Integrate all three replicated artifacts into a larger mechanism that works seamlessly as a whole, manipulating quantum wave functions individually.

Objective 3: To find or create an energy source that can power this theoretical mechanism in a reliable way.

Goal 4: Develop a way to precisely aim such a device at a moving target, which may be several light-years away, in a different dimensional plane.

Objective 5: Protect the mechanism in a secure enough location to prevent theft or sabotage.

Objective 6: To build an automated system capable of properly operating such weapons when needed, without human intervention or supervision.

Status Update 529: Of the six main goals, goals 3, 5 and 6 have been completed and their solutions have been implemented. 1 is almost finished, and the team in charge of 2 and 4 is just scratching the surface. Detailed Report

Goal 5: Complete by 421. The location chosen and hardened is [Delete Data], which has a unique connection to baseline reality and allows targeting within several space-time layers. Located approximately 5.7 light-years from Sol, within acceptable parameters.

Goal 6: Completed by 229 years and updated 12 years ago. The ninth-generation AI architecture HEIMDALL 9.3 exceeded the required parameters by a full order of magnitude.

Counting the ten-year buffer time required to fully install the W.O.D.A.N system, the network should be operational for about 392 years.
