Azeroth Monster Manual
#22 - These girls don't look like good people.
“Jackpot, jackpot…”
El was excitedly squatting on the ground, holding a sharp miner's pickaxe in his hand, carefully tapping at a piece of emerald green crystal.
“Thirty-seventh green crystal, a total of 113 four-colored crystals. Hermit, catch!”
El scribbled in his research notes while waving at Hermit.
The old dwarf, standing not far away, listlessly took the green crystal from El's hand and carefully strapped it onto the 'small mountain' on his back.

Hermit: Is this never going to end? Can't you buy a bigger space backpack?
In this desolate land, the two had already collected quite a few of these four-colored crystals. Although they didn't know what they were for, El was still happy to do it because these four crystals contained an irresistible power.
During one collection, El accidentally broke a blue crystal. The shattered crystal released a rich arcane energy, which aroused the young man's desire to explore.
Immediately, El tried to break the remaining three crystals. As expected, he found that the blue crystal possessed the power of arcane, the yellow crystal possessed the power of time, the red crystal possessed the power of life, and the green crystal possessed the most mysterious power of nature and dreams.
Although he didn't know much about these crystals, El knew that these four-colored crystals must contain a huge secret.
“Why isn't there a black crystal? Is Deathwing that irrelevant?” El pondered.
“Lord El, what is that?”
The dwarf's naturally loud voice startled El from his thoughts. The young man raised his head and looked in the direction Hermit was pointing.
On the steep hillside stood a towering, pure white giant tower, with a huge blue crystal on the top, shimmering with brilliant light.
“This is? A crystal tower?”
…
A quarter of an hour later, the two stood at the foot of the tower, looking at the blue gem on the top. El subconsciously licked his lips.
The old dwarf looked at the crystal, which was bigger than a Devilsaur's head, with a deathly pale face, and shed tears of regret.
“Lord, look quickly.”
Hermit seemed to have discovered something, gesticulating and pointing to a corner at the base of the tower.
“This slot should be for holding a blue crystal, right? Lord, try it quickly, maybe there will be a surprise?”
El looked at the old dwarf, who suddenly seemed intelligent, with a surprised expression: 'Is his desire to survive that strong?'
He first circled the tower, finding no secret doors or mechanisms, and then came to the slot Hermit had discovered.
“Hiss, there are actually seven slots. This is going to kill me.”
El winced in pain, but seeing the expectant look in Hermit's eyes, he reluctantly took seven blue crystals from the old dwarf and inserted them into the slots.
The moment the last crystal was inserted into the slot, the giant blue gem on the top of the tower began to tremble. After a few breaths, a blue ray with spiral patterns pierced through the dense forest and shone into the unknown.
“Let's go, let's go see!”
El waved excitedly, signaling the old dwarf to follow. He wanted to see where this blue ray led.
Hermit smiled like a two-hundred-pound child. First, he fiercely gave the giant gem on the top of the tower the middle finger, and then gave himself a thumbs up: As expected of me!
…
The two trudged through the dense forest, sometimes encountering Dimetrodons and Pterodactyls that mistook them for prey, but they were all humanely destroyed by the eager young elf.
…
Hermit looked at the giant Triceratops that had turned to ashes with suspicion and fear, secretly wiping away cold sweat.
'Just with a casual point, a wild beast bigger than the Ironforge city gate turned to ashes like this? Is Lord El really just a sixth-tier Archmage?'
Hermit, muttering to himself, suddenly bumped into the young man's back, and only then did he wake up. He subconsciously looked in the direction of the young man.
“Titans… above, this… is this a miracle?”
The Stone Guardian's wreckage that the old dwarf was carrying in his hand fell to the ground with a 'thump'. This dwarf, who had also seen the 'world', collapsed to the ground again.
It was a magnificent golden palace, with at least several thousand steps stretching out in front of the two. The entire palace was made of an unknown metal, and the ancient bronze door was tightly closed.
The faint blue ray with spiral patterns was shining into a circular hole on the north side of the palace.
El was not amazed by the grandeur of the palace. After all, in his previous life, he was also a netizen from the village. He had seen such 'big scenes' countless times in games. He just stared at the blue light, a thoughtful expression on his face.
“Let's go. If I'm not mistaken, there are also three crystal towers to the south, west, and east. If we can't activate the mechanisms in a short time, then this door will never open for us.”
…
Time passed, and the three crystal towers were activated one by one through the unremitting efforts of the two. The two arrived at the foot of the palace.
No matter how winding and tortuous the steps were, there was an end. After who knows how long, the two walked into the main hall.
In the center of the hall were four huge platinum discs, each covered with various unknown texts and patterns.
El felt a slight tremor when he touched these discs. The moment he touched the disc, a giant female Stone Guardian slowly rose from the sunken ground and appeared in front of the two.
Like a Venus statue carved by Alexandros, this female giant had delicate features and a curvaceous figure. She wore a light yellow dress with fluffy hair, and golden boots covered her slender, straight calves.
“Hello, I am Naboa, a disciple of Khaz'goroth, an envoy of Un'Goro Crater. You can call me - Observer.”
'It's actually a creation of Khaz'goroth. This Titan Guardian has a very high energy level.'
El was a little surprised to see this female giant who claimed to be a disciple of Khaz'goroth, because he knew what the name Khaz'goroth represented.
Khaz'goroth, the eighth Star Soul Titan, a former observer of Azeroth, he controlled the power of the earth, and even the energy flowing in the veins of Deathwing, who unleashed the Cataclysm decades later, came from him.
Khaz'goroth was also revered by his creations as the Forger. Many famous artifacts in Azeroth were made by him. In short, this was a true big shot.
“Hello, respected Naboa. We have no intention of offending you, we are just two knowledge-seeking travelers passing through this place.”
El bowed and gave a humble salute.
“You son of a…”
El had just stood up when he saw the old dwarf standing at the female giant's skirt, peeking at the scenery. He grabbed Hermit's shoulders and gave him a hard flick on his shiny bald head.
The battered Hermit covered his head, gazing at the female giant in a daze. His face was flushed, and he muttered incessantly: Big bust cover, big bust cover, this woman doesn't look like a good person…
