Time flies. I started writing at this time last year and wrote down the name Huo Ling.

Time flies and it’s been a year.

In a year, I wrote this book one word at a time and now it has 2.4 million words.

It is not an easy thing to write so many words, and many brothers may know that I don’t have an outline.

These more than 2 million words are written purely by deduction.

Sometimes I feel that what I write is not a novel, but the real story of Huo Ling.

For every plot and every choice, I will stand in Huo Ling’s position and perspective to make the most suitable choice.

Of course, this book also has many problems. From the beginning of the plot, I was still very confused. There are many things I want to write, but I can’t control it well.

At the beginning, I estimated that I would only write one million words, which is already a great thing.

But the more stories I wrote, the more plots I got, and I found that I dug more and more pits unconsciously.

After filling one pit, the next pit came out. This is really an unexpected thing.

From one million words, I wrote 1.5 million words, and then 1.8 million words.

When I made the last prediction, I estimated that I would write only 2 million words, but I didn't expect that I would write more in the end.

I originally expected that the book would be finished in June, but it was written until October.

But I am still happy until now. The more I write, the more I feel that the story is more complete, and the character of Huo Ling is more full.

At the beginning, I wanted to write Huo Ling as an evil villain, a real villain.

Or a challenger who goes against the sky, because he climbed up from the bottom, and he may think that there are many injustices in the whole world.

But as the plot develops, as I understand and deduce Huo Ling, I feel that he does not constitute the basis for becoming an evil villain.

Huo Ling's original intention is not bad, he can only be regarded as an egoist at most.

Although he kills, desecrates corpses, tortures souls, and devours spirituality.

But if I am lucky enough to be in the same camp as Mr. Huo, maybe life will be good.

He will provide a good channel for advancement and make everyone's efforts rewarded.

Those who follow Mr. Huo will eventually gain a lot. As for the enemies, they are all enemies. Why think so much?

The holes that should be filled in this book should be almost filled.

I feel that there are only two holes that have not been filled. One is the classmate who gave Huo Ling equipment at the beginning, and the other is that the jackal Wilmot was not given the opportunity to show off.

The first hole is because at the beginning, I designed a college plot, but later I felt that I was not good at writing the college plot. If I am not careful, it may be very vulgar.

Originally, his role would be reflected in the college plot, and Huo Ling would take care of him, which would be perfect.

As a result, this plot was abandoned by me, and I also deleted several characters. At that time, I had just started writing books and my experience was too insufficient.

Later, I couldn't find a chance to add him back. When Huo Ling returned to Blue Star, he was already in the Holy Land, so it was really difficult to let him appear.

The second pitfall is Wilmot's pitfall. When I finished writing about the orcs, I wanted to fill this pit.

However, the plots of the two kingdoms of orcs and gnolls are easy to be similar, so I thought about going to Purgatory first.

As a result, when I went to Purgatory, a new big plot began. Later, Huo Ling was too busy and his status became higher, so it was really difficult to crush the gnoll empire again.

Apart from these two pitfalls, there should be no other pitfalls. If there are any, please forgive me.

In addition, I am a lousy novel writer. How can I understand Huo Ling? Sometimes when I see brothers analyzing the plot in the book friends group, I sweat coldly.

At that time, I especially wanted my brothers to stop analyzing. I didn't think so much when I was writing, and I was sweating all over!
