Anomaly Of Warcraft
Chapter 80
Chapter 80 Since everyone has teeth, let’s be friends
Before Gul’dan was fully awake, the warchief of the tribe had taken an adventurous action.
Unable to attack the ignorant enemy, Orgrim personally landed in the forest in northern Lordaeron under the protection of the Fireblade Swordmaster and elite soldiers to conduct a short-term inspection.
When a scout ran over, Doomhammer was talking to one of his adjutants, Red Blackhand from the Blackfang clan.
Even if he killed Reid’s father, it was a glorious duel. Orgrim still believed in his good brother and friend, Reid.
Although the orc warrior obviously had news to report, he still stopped a few steps away and waited. He adjusted his breathing until Orgrim turned his head towards him and nodded.
“It’s a troll!” the orc scout said, still panting. “Forest troll.”
“Troll?” Reid said with a big laugh. “What’s the matter? Are they attacking us? I thought he should be smarter than the ogre, not stupid.”
But the scout shook his head. “It’s not an attack on us, it’s a troll caught by humans.”
This attracted the attention of Doomhammer. “Where?” he asked
“It’s not far from here, through that hill, just in the woods ahead.” The scout replied quickly. “They are moving very slowly to the west. If we rush over now, we should be enough to catch up with them.”
“how many people?”
“About 40 humans,” the scout replied. “10 trolls.”
“Assemble the strongest fighters.” Orgrim ordered: “Go to rescue the trolls and bring them back. You must avoid detection as much as possible. Kill all those who try to follow you. I don’t allow us to fight. The plan was destroyed by negligence.”
Reid Blackhand nodded, and then walked towards the warriors who were sitting lazily on the side without a word. The warriors stood up quickly, nodded, and ran after him without any doubt. Doomhammer waited impatiently, while gesturing to make the scout wait there too.
When Reid Blackhand led his men back, Orgrim found that he underestimated the humans.
Found in an ambush, the human soldiers decisively chose to kill the troll first and then fight, only one troll ran away.
That night, the watchman told Orgrim that the orcs were surrounded.
“We are not your enemies!” Orgrimmar roared, his roar tearing apart the silence of the night.
The response to the warchief was a throwing spear. Orgrim shot the spear away with one hand, only to find that the spear head was a shaved stone, which was unusually sharp.
“I want to see your leader!” Orgrim shouted.
A rumbling voice came from the group of trolls, and Orgrim soon realized that it was a burst of laughter.
“What do you want from our leader, food? Or become food?” The leading troll asked with a smile open his mouth.
“I want to talk with him, on behalf of the tribe and the trolls.” Orgrim replied, keeping his hand beside him to show that he was not carrying a weapon. But he was still very cautious, and being overcast by the troll was not a glorious way to die.
The troll’s laughter sounded again.
“I’ll say it again, I want to see your leader!” Orgrim roared and turned to look at the other guys.
“Take me to him, or I will kill the rest of you and find those who are willing to take me.” Orgrim raised his Doomhammer to emphasize his tone. Judging from his experience, the blood, faded hair and broken bones dripping from this black stone hammer are enough to make most enemies lose courage.
This posture worked, and the other trolls took a step back, and then someone walked out of them and approached him. The hair of this one was woven like a dull crown, and he wore a necklace made of bones around his neck.
“Do you want to talk to Zujin?” the man asked.
Orgrim nodded, speculating that this name was probably the name or title of their leader.
“I will bring him here.” The guy said. He turned around and disappeared into the shadows quickly, without making a sound. The remaining troll looked at his own people and then at these orcs, obviously not knowing what he should do now.
“We will wait here.” Doomhammer calmly announced to these creatures and his own warriors. He put the head of his warhammer on the ground, leaning against the handle, alert but seeming indifferent.
This action obviously eased the atmosphere.
About an hour passed. Then, without warning, a shadow emerged from the woods with huge and quiet steps, taking the person who left and the three other guys.
“Do you want to see Zujin?” one of them asked, walking very close, so close that Doomhammer could see the beads and a few metal ornaments on his whip.
“I’m here!” Zujin was far taller and more capable than the other trolls. He was wearing some type of heavy clothing wrapped around his waist and an open leather vest. A thick scarf wrapped around his neck, covering the area under the nose of his face, giving a vicious appearance.
“I’m Orgrim, you can also call me Doomhammer. Yes, I want to talk to you.” Doomhammer looked at the leader of the forest troll, and didn’t want to show any fear.
“Is there anything you want to ask the great Zuaman.” Zujin responded.
Orgrim said to the troll leader: “We need your power, we plan to conquer this world, and we hope you can become our allies.”
Zujin frowned and asked, “Alliance? Why? What benefits can we get?”
“What do you want?” Orgrim asked back.
“We don’t need anything.” Zujin finally replied decisively: “We have our own forest. No one dared to break into it, except for the cursed elves, but we will solve these by ourselves.”
“Are you sure?” Doomhammer asked, he felt like he had found a breakthrough. “Those elves, are they a race? A powerful race?”
“Strong? Maybe it is.” The troll agreed reluctantly. “But we defeated them in ancient times, when those guys first came to this land. We didn’t need any help.”
“Why fight like this?” Doomhammer asked. “Why not attack their homeland and completely wipe them out? We can help you. When the tribe is behind you to help you, you can solve the elves once and for all, and then control the forest forever!
Because I can’t beat it!
Zujin seemed to be seriously considering this question. Doomhammer very much hopes that this capable forest troll can agree to his proposal.
But in the end Zujin shook his head. “We will fight ourselves against these elves.”
He explained: “We don’t need help, and we don’t have any interest in the rest of the world. So fighting other races doesn’t make sense to us.”
Doomhammer sighed. He could see that these forest trolls had already thought very clearly. Then he guessed that opposing this opinion would only make these people enemies.
“I understand.” Orgrim said finally.
Zujin nodded. “I wish you a good journey, Orc.” His words were whispered, and Zujin himself began to move into the shadows.
“No troll will bother you.” After the leader made a promise, the other trolls left together.
Forcing these trolls to transform them from a neutral existence into an enemy. The warchief of the tribe didn’t want this.
When Orgrimmar, who had found nothing, was about to return to the base camp of the tribe by boat, he saw the leader of the Zuaman troll again before boarding the boat.
“I changed my mind.” The orcs watched the troll leader slowly approach. He looked no different from the last time he met, and from the troll’s face, Doomhammer could tell that he also hadn’t forgotten their last meeting.
“Your warriors saved my people.” The forest troll thanked him. He approached Doomhammer and nodded to him, with a hint of greeting. “I learned what happened, and I considered your proposal again.”
“We will help you.” Zujin announced after a while. “It’s as if you helped us. Allies.” Zujin stretched out his hand.
“Allies.” Orgrim held Zujin’s hand tightly.
The thought of the warchief Doomhammer kept flashing various possibilities.
Under the joint combination of trolls, tribes, and the new power that Zuluhed will bring, no one or anything can hinder their way forward!
