A day at Hogwarts

Chapter 466 The First Game

"The champion of the Triwizard Tournament is Draco Malfoy!"

Malfoy took the Goblet of Fire from Dumbledore with a smile on his face and held it high. The teachers and students of Hogwarts applauded enviously in the audience.

He also saw his mother whom he hadn't seen for a long time in the crowd. He ran over excitedly, but saw his mother holding up a golden cat and said, "Look, your father is also happy for you!"

Malfoy's dream was awakened, and he didn't sleep well in the following time, just like his father.

Under the night sky, Voldemort sighed helplessly: "How did the Death Eaters become like this?!"

"If this goes on, I will become a laughing stock!"

No matter how many people are sad, the sun still rises as usual.

Today is the opening day of the Triwizard Tournament, and everyone in the castle is very excited.

Seamus became the object of everyone's feeding at the table. They kept urging him to eat more, worried that he would be hungry during the game. Even Charles gave him a bottle of happy water.

Many people were talking about the upcoming game.

"Today is just a score?"

Neville was a little surprised.

Seamus nodded and said, "Today's score is related to the priority of the next game and the number of assistants in the future."

Ron asked him, "Do you know the content of the game?"

Seamus shook his head. There was no news at present.

Ron said worriedly, "Charlie always said that we would meet soon. I am worried about the dragon he raised."

Charles said, "At least there is no dragon in this game. I went to the centaur tribe yesterday. When I passed the forbidden forest, I didn't find any trace of dragons and Charlie."

The dragon is not small in size. If it is transported, it can only be placed in the forbidden forest.

Since there was no dragon in the forbidden forest yesterday, there is no need to worry about it appearing in the stadium today.

After breakfast, Seamus and other contestants and Dumbledore left, and the others followed the signs that had just appeared to the lake.

A spectator seat was set up by the lake, and the students sat down in groups of three or two.

After a while, a large group of carriages flew over from Hogsmeade Station and stopped next to the spectator seat. A large group of celebrities from the British wizarding society got off.

Dumbledore didn't look very happy and forced a smile to deal with them.

It didn't take long for everyone to feel that it was right to let Simodo eat something. The speeches of the leaders and guests before the game lasted from 9:30 to 10:30. Dean and Neville were snoring with their heads down, and Hermione and Ginny were sleeping soundly together.

Charles was chatting with Gabrielle on his communication notebook, preparing to broadcast Fleur's game live.

"The game is about to start!" Charles wrote.

Dumbledore finally walked onto the podium and said expressionlessly: "The past hour was a temporary increase in the competition, and even the referee had to participate in the competition."

A burst of laughter rang out in the audience, and everyone was much more energetic.

Dumbledore waited for the laughter to subside and continued: "In the next game, the four warriors will face a common challenge, and the points of the game are related to the second and subsequent games."

Charles looked at the lake with some anticipation, thinking that the first game would not be held underwater.

Dumbledore waved the Elder Wand, and the audience began to grow taller. The bottom layer was three stories high. Four walls appeared on the shore, two stories high and five meters long. The lake in front was covered with long stone slabs.

Charles saw the four contestants climb up their respective walls, and a sense of déjà vu came over him.

When the game started, he almost dropped his notebook.

What kind of game is this!

A large group of orange-yellow runes crawled over from the opposite side of the stone road, and the three heads spit out their tongues, which looked scary.

Krum was the first to act, casting a black spell and hitting one of the snakes.

The runes shook and turned into a pool of black water, as if someone had knocked over an ink bottle.

A huge number jumped out above Krum's head: 10.

The audience understood that they could get 10 points for each snake killed.

Krum continued to cast spells, and the stone road in front was covered with black liquid. The runes immediately turned into black water after climbing up.

Cedric also started to act. A burning log appeared in front of him and rolled over with a "boom". Wherever he passed, the runes were burned to charcoal and then disappeared.

The audience only saw Fleur waving her wand to cast a spell, but there was no sound and light effect. They only saw the dense runes suddenly die and disappear when they walked a certain distance, and the score above their heads kept jumping and increasing.

Seamus was having a lot of fun. He used the repulsion spell, the floating spell and the throwing spell to hit all the runes together and gather them into a pile, but none of them died, and there was still a zero on his head.

Charles nodded after watching it. Although those runes were magical creations, they were like real snakes and would die when they were supposed to die.

Magical creations don't need to breathe, but they will still disappear when they encounter Fleur's vacuum spell.

Before the snakes disappeared, new enemies appeared, and cockroaches as big as shoe soles flew over.

Charles also shuddered when he saw it from a distance. This thing is not available in Europe.

Krum used the same trick again, and a black rainstorm swept the entire space in front of him.

But the magic resistance of such a big cockroach was obviously higher than that of the Nephilim, and the flying speed was extremely fast. Several of them flew to the wall under Krum's feet before being corroded, and the score above his head was immediately deducted.

"Uh..." Charles wanted to speak but couldn't speak after seeing the spell used by Fleur, so he could only remain silent.

Hermione turned around and asked him: "Do you know the spell Fleur used?"

Not only did Charles know him, he invented the air fryer curse himself, but he didn't expect her to use it here.

Furong cast three air fryer spells arranged in the shape of a pin, and all the flying big cockroaches were sucked into the whirlwind. If they were really big cockroaches, it would only take ten seconds to roast them enough to make new healing liquid.

Charles pouted and said, "That is actually cooking magic."

Hermione's head was full of questions. When she thought that the magic spell used in the kitchen was actually related to the Triwizard Tournament, she stopped thinking about it and continued watching the game.

Cedric used a very lazy method. Since he wanted to prevent such big cockroaches from flying to the wall, he built two rows of wooden walls in front of the wall and lit them on fire.

Sure enough, the big cockroach hit the wall of fire. Although it kept eating the wood, it was burned to death soon.

Seamus doesn't play anymore either.

He made a "V" with his wand and shouted: "The wind is rolling!"

Only a roar was heard, and what was supposed to be a strong wind spell turned into a shock wave visible to the naked eye, sweeping forward.

The rune snakes on the flagstone avenue and the big cockroaches in the air all flew out in the blink of an eye, and landed with a clatter on the train station across the lake, startling the staff at the station.

The numbers above Simo's head flickered upwards, reaching the highest score all of a sudden.
