Chapter 35 Anna
Ash returned to his office, and he put the painting covered with a black cloth on the table.

"They were just deformed Phil." Ash was still explaining to the little owl, "You see, they were turned into crystallized people... Many people in Biheim want to become crystallized people."

"Cuckoo? Cuckoo!" Phil looked at Ash suspiciously, and it jumped onto the table and paced back and forth.

"Okay, okay..." Ash promised with a smile, "I won't turn them into crystals next time, I swear it will be fine."

"Googoo." Although Ash seemed a bit perfunctory, Phil still chose to believe him.

"The next thing is this painting, Phil." Ash slowly pulled away the black cloth on the painting, the woman on the screen sensed the light, and glanced at Ash, "Yo... the blind guy, buy Come home with such a painting, if I were your parents I would spank your ass."

Ash smiled lightly, "I think I'm very discerning." There was a little thought in his eyes, and the painting in front of him was very individual... It was a good material for research.

"Tsk tsk." The woman in the portrait smacked her lips and straightened her hair rather ladylikely, "Greed, I see greed in your eyes."

Ash pushed his glasses, and recorded in a new notebook: On the first day, the portrait was very energetic, with keen observation skills, and could detect emotions, which proved that the people in the portrait had a certain degree of intelligence.

"What are you remembering?" the woman asked, "It can't be dirty, something with a disgusting meaning, right? That's really disgusting."

"Cuckoo?" Phil jumped on the portrait, staring at the moving woman in the painting with wide eyes.

"Can you let your stupid bird go away?" The portrait said dissatisfied, "You can smell the smell of that bird through the frame."

"Can you describe what it smells like?" Ash asked suddenly, looking at the portrait seriously.

"It's just an adjective..." The woman patted her forehead, "You elm head."

"Hehe." Ash was noncommittal, "My name is Ash Embers, what's your name?"

"Anna," said the woman, "Anna Florent, remember the elm head."

"Do you have any memories before you died?" Ash continued to ask, the quill in his hand never stopped.

"You don't care if I have a memory or not." Anna was very uncooperative. She raised her head, her slightly curly hair dangling, "I'm not your subordinate."

"Tsk tsk." Ash glanced at Anna in surprise, "It's very individual... It seems that you put a lot of energy into this painting before you died."

"Can you tell me how the portrait was made?"

"How do I know?" Anna said, "I'm dead and I know shit."

"I'm sure you've put in a lot of effort..." Ash muttered, and then put down the quill.

"What? Don't ask anymore? Still feel like a waste, can't ask anything?"

"No." Ash waved his hand, "I just thought I should take you apart to have a look."

As he spoke, he raised the magic wand in his hand, and a silver-blue light emerged from the tip of the wand.

"Don't!" Feeling the palpitation, Anna screamed, "No need! Mr. Embers!"

"But you don't know anything, and you still don't know how to measure." Ash said lightly. Of course, he won't destroy the painting so quickly... The best experiment is the one that can talk, but She has too much personality...not good for research.

"I know, I'll just say it!" Anna clasped her arms tightly, as if she was very scared, "I'm still a child!"

Ash shook his head, put away his wand, "I ask, you answer."

"When did you die?"

"I, I don't know either." Anna whispered, after being intimidated by Ash, she turned out to be much better-behaved, "I don't even know how I was made."

"Huh?" Ash looked at her suspiciously, and through those blue eyes that were a little frightened, Ash could see that she shouldn't be lying.

"Then how were you made?"

"No, I don't know... Oh damn it!" Anna shook her head, shrinking behind the only table in the portrait, "I, I don't know, I'm just a secondary portrait!"

"But you should have memories of your life." Ash explained casually, and then put down his wand.

"I, I don't know why..." Anna said tremblingly, "I've been in this painting since I woke up..."

"Then do you know how many years it is?" Ash asked, at least he could guess by pushing back the time.

"Maybe, it may have been more than 100 years?" Anna said looking at her shabby robe, "I don't remember exactly, but my first master was a boy..."

"boy?"

"Well... a boy who stuttered..." Anna explained, "but soon, my master turned into a girl."

"Are they wizards?" Ash asked.

"Yes!" Anna nodded, "They all have wands...and they should all be British."

British?Ash thought for a while, and realized that the country he was in seemed to be England.

"Then I was sealed off...until my master turned into a woman, a miserable fellow."

Anna whispered that she remembered it very clearly, and Ash couldn't help admiring her memory.

"She's in love with a man she's not supposed to be in love with...a demonic boy," Ana said. "A boy who killed her for a locket."

"A pendant box?" Ash was a little surprised, how much is this thing worth.

"I saw that young man in that old shop in Bokin." Anna said, "but I don't know his name..."

"Then do you remember the name of your mistress?" Ash asked, he was a little curious about how detailed the portrait could remember.

"I don't remember..." Anna shook her head, and then seemed to remember something, "Yes, others call her Ms. Smith."

"Ms. Smith?" Ash wrote down this useless clue in his notebook. He didn't expect to remember so much about this painting, but on the key question... Is it evasion or really not remembering?
Ash asked a few more casual questions, and then used detection magic to observe the portrait carefully.

The Galleon flower is quite worth it...

"Thank you for your cooperation...uh..." Ash thought for a while, and he looked at Anna thoughtfully.

"Florent... My name is Anna Florent." Although Anna was a little dissatisfied, she still didn't dare to curse directly, so she could only remind her in a low voice.

"Well, thank you very much, Miss Florent." Ash nodded, "Just hang you here...don't run around, and don't try to chat with others..."

He stretched out his wand and twirled it in his hand, "You know the consequences... Buddha..."

"Florent."

"Miss Florent." Ash nodded in satisfaction, then waved his magic wand and hung the painting behind the office chair.

"Cuckoo!" Phil seemed very curious.

"Well... don't learn dirty words with her." Ash reminded, "That's not a good habit."

"Googoo?" Phil looked at Ash half-understanding.
