Chapter 34 Silly Boy, Dennis

When John walked to the door, the bed shouted urgently: "Are you leaving?"

Falling asleep overnight?

You're not too reserved, are you?
John turned to look at the bed and said, "Yes, it's time for me to go to class now."

"Class? Oh my God!" The bed cried anxiously, "Then can you help me lift the bed and let me out?"

"Get out?" John asked.

"Hmm!" the bed said quickly, "I'm trapped under your bed, can you help me lift it?"

John was taken aback for a moment, and suddenly came to his senses.

There are living beds!
That's a bold roommate!
Here is only one poor man's sad tears
Blame Ian, Fred and George!
In Ian's place, he saw all kinds of weird props, and being able to talk and move was just a rare and common thing.

That's why he accepted the magic of the bed so quickly.

And Fred and George used their practical actions to show that as long as the mentality is stable enough, Hogwarts at night is the same as your grandma's back garden.

If you want to go, you can go, if you want to go back, you can go back.

John hurried to the side of the bed, lifted the sheet that was about to fall to the floor with his hands, and leaned over to take a look.

A huge body was squeezed between the narrow gap between the bed and the ground, and it was packed to the brim, leaving no gaps.

Sensing John's gaze, the big head on the torso turned a difficult angle and looked at John with a simple and honest smile on his face.

The two looked at each other silently for a moment, John coughed and asked, "How long have you been trapped?"

"Well." Dennis frowned and thought for a while, then gave up, "It's been a while, I've been lying here for a long time when you came back."

John drew out his wand and used the Levitation Charm to control the bed to fly up.

Otherwise, if the two of them were lying on the ground alone and the other was squatting, it would be uncomfortable to talk.

"thanks, thanks."

Dennis was so excited that he was about to cry. He quickly got up and ran out of the area covered by the bed, for fear of being crushed under it again.

John controlled the bed to fall, and wiped off the dust on Dennis's body. He asked, "Why are you under my bed?"

Towards the start of school he asked Fred and George to be his private tutors for a few days, and learned a few simple spells from them.

Although the two of them are mischievous, their knowledge of spells is not weak at all, the foundation is very solid, and they have taught John a lot of useful knowledge.

Dennis scratched his head and said embarrassedly: "A piece of my biscuit rolled into it. I wanted to take it out, but I didn't expect it to be stuck."

Dennis patted his stomach lightly, and the waves suddenly rose and fell: "Maybe I have gained a little weight recently, and it stands to reason that I shouldn't be stuck!"

"Then why didn't you let me help you yesterday and let you out?"

John watched Dennis's mouth twitch slightly, his face full of helplessness, he never thought it would be this reason.

Dennis hesitated and said: "Your tone yesterday was too fierce, so I didn't dare to mention it. Before I came, my father told me not to offend anyone, otherwise I was bullied, and they couldn't help me. They all Not wizards, but what you call Muggles."

"But now I apologize to you for my thoughts yesterday, you are a good person!" Dennis' tone became cheerful.

What an idiot kid, don't know why the Sorting Hat sent him to Ravenclaw
John couldn't help but want to touch his forehead.

But that's good too, at least there will be no need to build two groups in the dormitory in the future.

"Let's go, let's have breakfast first, and it's time for class later." John said.

"Yes, yes, yes!" Dennis' eyes lit up, his throat slid down and he swallowed, "I'm already hungry, shall we go there soon?"

So it's not without reason that Dennis is so fat. He was stuck in bed all night, but when he talked about eating, he forgot all about it.

John led Dennis out of the dormitory, saw that his eyes were still closed, and couldn't help but asked worriedly, "Can you see the road if you don't open your eyes?"

"Huh?" Dennis said in surprise, "I'm open!"

"Really?" John took a closer look, struggling to see a slit in his face.

It is not easy to have such small eyes.

No wonder Dennis is so pure, it turns out that his eyes help him filter out the complexity of the world.

All the way to the lounge, the portraits were still secretly looking at John and whispering.

But when John turned to look at them, they quickly looked away and pretended to chat.

Like a scary voyeur, John wants to report them all!

Dennis followed closely behind John and asked, "By the way, John, do you know the way to the cafeteria? I forgot how to get there"

John's eyes lit up when he heard this, he was still thinking about how to compensate Dennis for suppressing Dennis all night, but he didn't expect him to provide an idea.

Although it's not his fault, but after all, they will have to get along with each other for seven years, so there's nothing wrong with having a better relationship.

"I know, I know, I'll give you something, so you don't have to worry about getting lost in Hogwarts in the future."

While talking, John found a parchment map in his bag.

"Get your wand out," John said.

"Oh." Dennis looked away curiously from the parchment, and quickly took out his wand.

John told Dennis to tap his wand on the parchment, then he swung his wand and whispered a spell.

The magic pattern engraved first came into play, the parchment glowed with a hazy light, and a thin silver thread was connected from the parchment to Dennis' wand.

"Okay." John handed the parchment to Dennis.

Dennis flipped it back and forth, looking at the empty parchment, a little confused: "What's the use of this?"

"You tap your wand on it and say: Diagon Alley Wheezes and Wheezes," John said.

This was adapted by him based on the spell on the Marauder's Map. As long as it is not the corresponding magic wand, the parchment will not display the map.

"Okay." Dennis nodded, and carefully followed what John said.

The thin lines spread rapidly across the parchment, forming a detailed map of Hogwarts.

There is also an ink dot at the location of the Ravenclaw common room with a small arrow at the top.

As Dennis walked, the direction of the arrow changed at any time.

"It's amazing!"

Dennis stared at the map, taking small steps and constantly adjusting his position, admiring the rotation of the arrow.

"You won't get lost when you look at it in the future." John said with a smile.

Dennis held it and looked at it for a while, and he reluctantly handed the parchment map back to John: "I can't ask for this."

John blinked and asked curiously, "Why?"

Dennis shook his head: "This is too precious, I can't have it."

"It's okay!" John patted Dennis on the shoulder, "I made this thing myself, so don't worry!"

Dennis's eyes lit up, and he looked at John with admiration: "You are amazing, is the Diagon Alley Magic Wheezing House also your shop?"

"That's right." John nodded, turned his eyes, looked at Dennis and said, "I'll ask you to do me a favor later."

Ask for a ticket, there will be another chapter later
