Later, the order in the world was slowly restored, but the gods and Buddhas withdrew from the stage of history, and there was no more response.

But what the world doesn't know is that there are still a very small number of individual gods and Buddhas who built mausoleums for themselves in the world and buried their real bodies, but their souls have disappeared.

The body of one of the ancient Buddhas was buried in the bottom of the sea, named Maitreya.

Maitreya, as the future Buddha among the three generations of Buddhas, has a respected status and is equivalent to the successor of the Buddha. His golden body remains immortal in the bottom of the sea. After years of grinding and washing, Maitreya gradually gave birth to a new will.

In other words, it was the body that practiced automatically to become a spirit, giving birth to life.

This sounds absurd, but flowers, birds, insects, fish, mountains, rocks, vegetation can all become spirits, and the golden body of Maitreya Buddha is a rare treasure in the world. It is not surprising that consciousness is born over time.

The newborn Maitreya was in a daze, ignorant of everything in the world, and he didn't know whether it was luck or misfortune, but he met a guide, a mentor-like person.

The man named Mo Luo claimed to be the new Buddha of heaven and earth, founded the Mo Luo religion, and appointed Maitreya as the deputy leader.

He took a new name for Maitreya, called the Three Precepts, the first precept against the hatred of all living beings, the second precept against the greed of all living beings, and the third precept against the suffering of all living beings.

Mara taught the practice of the three precepts and imparted his own understanding of Buddhism.

He believes that the sea of ​​suffering of all beings is caused by greed, hatred and hatred, and these cannot be eradicated by themselves. The only way is to make him the only true Buddha that everyone in the world believes in, and strip away all those who have impure beliefs , as if the farmer had screened out grains that were not suitable for planting.

At that time, under the pious belief, his words will be regarded as the golden rule by the world. He said to be merciful, and there will be no more wars in the world. He said to do good, and there will be no more evil deeds in the world.

Only in this way can we truly realize the supreme state of "all beings are Buddhas" in Mahayana Buddhism, and achieve feats that even the Buddhas of the past failed to accomplish.

At that time, the Three Precepts were still a blank sheet of paper, and he soon accepted the teachings of Mara and served as the deputy leader, but after all, he was born from the golden body of Maitreya, with a pure and kind nature and a pure heart. After reading a lot of Buddhist scriptures, I always feel that there are some problems with Mara's philosophy.

So he left Moro for a while, and chose to travel the world alone, wanting to see this world for himself.

What he saw and heard along the way made San Jie fall into deep entanglement and pain.

On the one hand, he found that the world is indeed full of hatred, killing, violence, licentiousness, etc., as Moro said, and his natural compassion made him take action many times, trying to save those wicked people and let them put down their butcher knives .

But in the end, without exception, they all failed. The villains are always stubborn, unable to turn back, and unable to let go of their swords.

It seems that all of this is exactly what Mo Luo said, they will never be able to become "Buddhas" by themselves, and if they want to save all living beings, they must have a true Buddha that everyone can worship piously.

But on the other hand, Sanjie discovered that there are many touching and admirable beauties in this world.

There are barefoot doctors carrying bamboo baskets, risking their lives to climb mountains to collect medicine and treat the poor.

There is a girl who can't eat enough for herself, but is willing to break a piece of cake in half and give it to a beggar.

There is a young man who resolutely joined the army in order to defend his family and country. He was only 12 years old and was almost out of breath under the weight of heavy armor.

Sanjie was very surprised to find that most of these people did not know a single word, let alone read Buddhist scriptures, and many of them did not believe in Buddha.

If Mauro had planned, these people who did not believe in him would undoubtedly be rotten seeds that needed to be screened out, but they were so kind, tenacious, and admirable.

For the first time, San Jie doubted Mo Luo's ideas.

Later, he continued to travel, and after an unknown number of years, he met his first best friend in life, Bodhidharma.

Bodhidharma came from South Tianzhu, the two met each other late, sat and discussed the Tao for seven days and seven nights, and then walked together for a long time. During this period, Sanjie's understanding of Buddhism became more and more exquisite, and he questioned Mara's ideas more and more.

However, Mo Luo had taught him for a long time and held a very special place in his heart, so he did not break up until something happened.

At that time Bodhidharma was about to face the wall to enlightenment, Sanjie bid farewell to him, and continued to travel. Ten years later, he suddenly received a message from Mara, asking him to meet him.

When San Jie saw Mo Luo again, he found that there was another person beside Mo Luo, a person he was familiar with but unfamiliar, the former Bodhidharma, and now Maha.

Maha was just like him when he was just born with wisdom back then, looking at him ignorantly, with a hint of timidity in his eyes.

Mo Luo claimed that he was injured and had to sleep for a period of time, and let Sanjie take care of and teach Maha.

Sanjie looked at the body of his former best friend, but now it was occupied by the snake demon, and his heart ached. He wanted to kill him many times, but seeing Maha's increasingly dependent and trusting eyes, he couldn't do it after all.

Maha told him that he would hear Sanskrit every day and it was very painful.

The three precepts interpreted the Buddhist scriptures for him, hoping to guide him to be good and become a real eminent monk.

But gradually he discovered that Maha was different from him. Maha had no interest in Buddhist scriptures or spirituality, and even harbored disgust in his heart. His so-called great ambition was just to reduce the pain caused by Sanskrit.

Later, when the three precepts tried to get him out of the Mara religion, Maha was very surprised, and expressed strong opposition and deep admiration for Mara.

In desperation, Sanjie finally had no choice but to betray the Mara Sect alone, and changed his name to Sanle, and traveled around the world. While saving the common people with modest efforts, he studied Buddhism at the same time.

Until he met Xuanzang in Yuzhang City.

For a long time, he thought that Master San Le just looked like Maitreya, but he never thought that the other party was actually Maitreya himself!
