The first Pangu is another person, and the second Pangu is my true self.

Many practitioners are obsessed with letting go and cannot let go, and are obsessed with themselves. This is a kind of attachment and they cannot get through this level.

Little did I know that the previous me was the me influenced by Pangu, the ego, not the true self.

As long as Pangu's self exists, he will always be affected by the heaven and earth, with calamities coming and going, and the cycle of cause and effect. He was born because of the creation of the world, and will die because of the destruction of the world.

This point is not very obvious in acquired creatures because of their weak power, but it is extremely prominent in innate gods. For example, when the god of water and the god of fire are fighting, it seems that water and fire are incompatible, but in fact it is the influence of Pangu Avenue that makes them unable to uphold their true selves and are driven by themselves.

Only by cutting off obsessions and not being swayed by external ways can one obtain a new self, a self that truly belongs to oneself.

This is the way to kill me and see that I am not myself!
When this thought comes, the seventh consciousness, manas, is transformed into the wisdom of equality, and one sees that all beings are equal, and develops compassion.

Only the eighth consciousness, Alaya consciousness, has not yet been cultivated.

This consciousness is the root of all things in the universe and contains everything, so it is called storehouse consciousness.

When the Alaya consciousness gets rid of the attachment to the person and the dharma, and breaks through the confusion of views, thoughts, dust and sand, and ignorance, it will be free from all falsehood and realize the true state of the dharma nature that is neither born nor destroyed, neither dirty nor stained, and has no nature or form.

When one cultivates this consciousness, one becomes Tathagata.

Alaya consciousness is the combination of nature and delusion. It is the place where all seeds of good and evil reside. It contains the seeds of all things. It is also the subject of reincarnation and the basis for liberation.

It is like a warehouse, storing all memories, reincarnations, turns, avenues, thoughts, wisdom... and so on.

Once this consciousness is opened, one can understand past and present lives, go through one hundred and eight thousand reincarnations, retrieve the cultivation of numerous lifetimes, and achieve the ultimate leap!
This is also the fundamental reason why Buddhism prospers in the era of reincarnation. Reincarnation after reincarnation is only for the last moment for the flower to bloom and the fruit of the Tao to be reaped.

"It's just that I'm a time traveler. This life is my previous life, and my previous life is my current life. Have I really been reincarnated 180,000 times?"

Abao's reincarnation is also Shen Gongbao, the Shen Gongbao of this catastrophe, this creation of the world, and this era.
