Wind and Eagle Wings at Hogwarts

Chapter 112 112. The Founder's Ancient Music Room

Chapter 112 112. The Founder's Ancient Music Room
"Sorry to bother you."

Scott said politely to Ms Gray.

"I want to ask you for advice. I don't know if you know an oath that is currently running hidden in Hogwarts Castle."

"pledge?"

Ms. Gray's eyes flashed, as if remembering something.

But she quickly shook her head again, "Sorry, I'm not sure, what do you mean by oath?"

Scott quickly recounted what happened to the classical music club and Milton from last semester to now.

"So many things happened?"

Judging by Ms Gray's reaction, it appears she did not know this was happening.

But Scott can also understand that this ghost lady usually looks immersed in her own thoughts, and rarely pays attention to school affairs.

"The organ..." Ms. Gray pondered for a few seconds, "I know where it is."

Scott hurriedly begged her, "Please tell me."

Ms. Gray's eyes became indifferent again, she looked at Scott, "You want to help your friend?"

"Yes." Scott nodded.

"I didn't expect you to be willing to do this." Ms. Gray seemed a little surprised.

Scott found it odd that Ms. Gray spoke as if she knew him well.

"I have observed you, Trollope." Ms. Gray said directly, "I have observed Ravenclaw students from time to time."

Scott smiled helplessly, "Well, generally speaking, I really don't want to meddle in other people's business."

Ms. Gray asked again, "Because Graves is your best friend?"

"One of the best friends," Scott said with a laugh.

"I see." Ms. Gray nodded slightly.

Scott didn't know what she understood and just continued to look at her pleadingly.

"It's an old music room," Ms. Gray said. "It's said to have existed before Hogwarts Castle became a school, and the four founders used to use that music room."

She turned and looked out the window again.

"They used to play their favorite music together when they were happy, and the organ is Slytherin's favorite instrument."

Something to do with Slytherin again?

Scott suddenly felt that this matter might be more troublesome than imagined.

"Have you flinched?" Ms. Gray didn't turn her head, but asked coldly, "After hearing that the sound of the pipe organ might be related to Slytherin."

"No, Professor Flitwick told me that the oath was made between Ms. Ravenclaw and someone," Scott replied.

"Yes." Ms. Gray's voice became a little ethereal, "You can be afraid of Slytherin, but you should trust Ravenclaw."

Scott said, "So I'm going to check out that music room, and please tell me the entrance to it."

Ms. Gray was silent for a while, then said softly, "Its entrance is not inside the castle."

It's not inside?Scott raised an eyebrow slightly.

"That big rock jutting out of the cliff under the viaduct leading to the auditorium," Ms. Gray went on, "maybe the entrance can be found there."

"Thank you."

Scott quickly thanked him.

Although he can't understand, it's just a music room, what's the point of making it so mysterious.

"No need to thank you, because I don't know if there are secret orders or agencies at the entrance, so you may not be able to enter at all." Ms. Gray poured cold water on him.

"..."

The smile on Scott's face became a little forced, but he thanked her again.

Then he asked about Peeves' disappearance.

"The last time I saw Peeves was at Sir Nicholas' Deathday Dinner." Ms. Gray said indifferently. "It's a good thing he disappeared. No one likes him."

"...I was just wondering if there might be a connection between these two things." Scott said softly.

"Maybe." Ms. Gray turned her head to look at him again, "I wish you a smooth operation."

After speaking, she put on a posture that she did not want to communicate any more.

Scott always felt that she might already know something, but he couldn't force her to communicate.

So, he thanked him again and left.

Pushing open the door of the common room, Scott found Jacob standing by the wall on the side outside the door.

"You seem to be troubled again." Jacob turned to look at him.

"Indeed." Scott nodded.

During the beginning of the new semester, he did not have a private conversation with Jacob.

Regarding Travers, both of them tacitly kept silent.

Scott knew that Jacob must have guessed about Travers' death.

But he wasn't worried about what clever Jacob might say.

This is not because Scott believes in this kid, but because he knows that this kid is just guessing, and he has no evidence.

Scott is also confident that he does not dare to offend himself.

At least not now.

"Is it about Graves?" Jacob asked. "I heard he fainted yesterday."

Scott nodded again. It was no secret that Milton had fainted.

Jacob asked again, "Is there anything I can do to help?"

"No, thank you." Scott glanced at him a few more times.

Jacob smiled, "If there is a need, I am willing to help."

Scott could see that the boy was trying to show his favor.

So he glanced at Jacob again, and finally nodded, "Okay."

After a day passed, Scott and the others returned to their bedroom and began to talk about their achievements.

"Sorry, I don't have anything to gain here." Roger shrugged, "Nearly Headless Nick and Fat Friar have no clue about this matter."

Eddie said a little unhappy: "The bloody Barrow should know something, but he still refuses to reveal it."

This is probably the rare failure he encountered in inquiring about news, which made him look a little frustrated and depressed.

The two looked at Scott.

Scott told all the information he got from Ms. Gray.

"As for Peeves," he said, "Fred and George don't know any more than we do."

"It's already good!"

Eddie was a little excited.

"At least we already know the location of the entrance to that music room...although it's a bit weird..."

"It's queer!" Roger emphasized.

Obviously, the two of them also felt that the location of the entrance was too weird.

After all, it was just a music room, not a secret room that needed to be hidden.

"When are we going to see it?" Roger asked.

Eddie looked a bit concerned, "...does this...really go?"

"What are you talking about?" Roger looked at him, "Didn't it be agreed, let's help Milton get his music back together."

"I just think...we should be more careful," Eddie said. "Maybe we should get more help, or ask the professor to help."

"Don't worry, there is no danger."

Scott explained.

"Since Ms. Gray didn't stop her, and even offered to provide clues, it means that the worst result of our actions is nothing."

"Ok."

Eddie agreed.

After all, Ms. Gray has always taken good care of Ravenclaw students.

"If that's the case, then it's decided."

Scott hit the nail on the head.

"We're going to do it together this Sunday."
