"It must be based on modesty and concessions, with a little self-respect and self-improvement. If you are small, you will pour your pills, and if you are big, you will perish."

"Why can't you get angry? The body is inactive. Why can't you keep your mind? There is nothing wrong with your mind."

"A Taoist walks, sits, and lies down, and must not be absent from the Tao for a moment."

"Walk to keep your feet on the smooth road, live to calm your mind in the void, sit to adjust your breath in the continuous, lie down to sink your mind in the deep valley."

"For a long time without interruption, I am like a fool all day long."

Among them, the three words "nothing to worry about" are the key to maintaining the real fire.

Zhenhuo must adhere to the way of humility, the way is based on softness and humility, and humility is the first merit of monks.

The nature of water is good, and the way is at a low place. If a person is not humble, there will be air floating in his chest, so if he wants to come out of his mouth, he will inevitably have a fire evil, so it should not be used for practicing.

On the other hand, when the Qi sinks to the dantian, one will naturally be modest and reticent, which is what Lao Tzu said, "Humble heart and solid belly". At this time, the real fire is lingering and the spirit is alive, which is a good time to practice.

If a person can maintain real fire in daily life, even if he does not use it for practicing, it still has half the effect of practicing.

The reason why it is only half is just as Master Huang Yuanji said: "Concentrate the mind and soften the mind. If the mind is not condensed, the elixir will not gather; if the mind is not soft, the fire will be impure, and the fire will be impure, and the elixir will be difficult to form." also."

Here, in addition to "if the mind is not concentrated, the elixir will not gather", there is another key point, which means guarding the dantian or acupoints.

That is, "entering the fire" as mentioned in the Danjing, and "entering the fire" and "collecting herbs" are inseparable.

Otherwise, it can only "strengthen the vitality and raise the kidney qi".

The time to collect the medicine is when there is fetal breath, and the sign of fetal breath is the mouth full of sweet saliva.

All in all, if a monk cultivates a true fire of humility in his chest first, and then practice kung fu, he will get twice the result with half the effort.

Plugging: Men and women will experience normal physiological phenomena after puberty, men will have nocturnal emission, and women will have menstruation.

This is called "body leakage" in Taoist health preservation, that is, "body leakage of the body".
