"Xi Sui Jing" is a scripture for internal training, and "Yi Jin Jing" is a book for external training. The two scriptures were left in Shaolin and have been handed down to this day.

Yi means flexibility, change, and replacement, tendons refer to tendons, bones, and fascia, and sutras mean guidelines and codes.

In short, "Yi Jin Jing" is the method of changing the muscles and bones.

According to the requirements of the original exercise method, one must first practice internal strength for about one year: after reaching internal strength, you can practice "Yi Jin Jing", and then practice "Xi Sui Jing".

During this period, it is necessary to take orally and externally apply adjuvant medicine, and it will take about three years to complete the work.

Because the whole practice process is long and there are not many people who practice according to the original method, the "Twelve Poses of Yi Jin Jing" was created through the enlightenment of the eminent Shaolin monks in the past dynasties.

This book is divided into two parts, the former is Yi Jin Jing, and the latter is Marrow Washing Sutra. Only when the two parts are combined can the highest effect be exerted.

The content of "Yi Jin Jing" includes two main aspects: the ideal effect that can be achieved by practice and the specific practice methods. The greatest influence on martial arts novels is the statement that inner strength is brave and outer strength is supernatural.

There are 12 postures and exercises in Yijinjing, namely Wei Tuo offering the pestle (there are 3 postures), picking stars and changing buckets, landing in three sets, spreading claws and spreading wings, pulling nine oxtails backwards, nine ghosts drawing sabers, green dragon exploring claws, Crouching tiger pouncing on food, bowing gesture, working tail gesture, etc.

Yijin Jing external strength focuses on external strength. When doing external strength, you must stand facing east in a quiet place, meditate and concentrate, you don't need to use force to pass the body, you only need to let the qi go through your hands, if you use force, you won't be able to go through both hands.

One formula per line, silently counting 49 characters, followed by the following formulas without interruption.Do the first form and feel familiar with the laws of mind before you can perform the second form.

The quicker is half a month, the later one is a month, and he is familiar with all kinds of skills, and his strength can reach the top of his head.This refining of strength and qi is also the method of moving tendons and veins.

Keep your chest in your chest, straighten your waist, hold your belly, loosen your shoulders, and let your whole body relax naturally.

According to the method recorded in the book, Qin Shushu began to adjust his breathing.

The first move: Wei Tuo offering the pestle!

Bend the elbows of both arms, and slowly raise them flat to the chest to form a ball-holding posture, bend the wrists and stand upright, with the fingers facing upwards, and the palms facing each other, about a distance of about 10 cm.

This action requires the shoulders, elbows, and wrists to be on the same plane, and to do 8-20 times as appropriate while breathing together.

The tactic says: stand upright, hold your arms around your chest, keep your spirit calm, your mind clear and your appearance respectful.

Essentials: Preparatory pile work: Stand with feet parallel to shoulder width, knees slightly bent, arms naturally drooping on both sides of the body, five fingers naturally close together and slightly bent, eyes looking straight ahead, then relax, gently close, eyes as if drapes.

The mind is calm, the spirit can be peaceful, the heart is washed and filtered, the heart is clear and the appearance is respectful.Relax the head, neck, shoulders, arms, flat, chest, abdomen, buttocks, thighs, calves, and feet from top to bottom. Relax the joints and internal organs of the body.

Then do Vipassana to relax, draw in the mind, guide the qi and blood and observe the mud pills, and feel that the mind is fresh and clear like morning dew.

Blow the air downward, observe the throat inwardly, and consciously relax the neck.

Entrain the breath to move downward, observe the small pubic region inwardly, feel open-minded and refreshed.

Entraining Qi descending, observing the spleen and bones inwardly, consciously warming the middle Jiao, and feeling comfortable in the stomach cavity.

Entraining the Qi to move downwards, contemplating the pubic region, and feeling that the fire of the gate of life is warm, the Qi is abundant, and the warmth in the abdomen melts.

Entrain the air downward, observe the perineum inwardly, and consciously relax the perineum.

Entrain the air to descend along the inner sides of the legs, observe the gushing spring inwardly, and feel infinite vitality gushing out from the bottom.

Arch your hands over your chest: Slowly raise your arms forward, with your palms facing shoulder-width apart, straighten your arms, then bend your elbows, the elbows will naturally lift and fall, and slowly draw your hands inward, about one punch away from your chest, Tips overlap, thumbs lightly touch, palms facing inward.

At this time, when it is required to sink the shoulders and drop the chest, draw the chest and pull the back, sink the Qi to the Dantian, touch the tongue to the palate, and smile.

The second form of Wei Tuo Presenting the Pestle!
The feet are shoulder-width apart, the soles of the feet are solid, the knees are slightly loose, and the hands are slowly extended from the chest to the sides.

Stand palms upright, with palms facing outwards, and look ahead. When you inhale, your chest expands, and your arms are straightened back. When you exhale, your fingertips turn inward and your palms extend outward.

Repeat 8-20 times.

The tactic said: hang your toes on the ground, open your hands flat, be calm and dumbstruck.

Essentials: Connect to the upper posture, turn the palms down, and face the fingertips, slowly lower in front of the body to the front of the lower abdomen, and at the same time guide the air downward.Separate the two palms left and right, turn the palms up, slowly lift them up sideways and raise your mind at infinity.

The hands are slightly higher than the shoulders, the eyes are looking straight ahead, and the eyes are far away.

Wei Tuo Presenting the Pestle is the third move!
Stand with your feet apart, your toes touch the ground, and your heels are raised; your hands are raised above your head, with your palms facing up, and your middle fingers are 3 cm apart.

Sink your shoulders and bend your elbows, raise your head, look at the back of your palms, lick your palate with your tongue, and breathe evenly through your nose.

When inhaling, push up with both hands as hard as possible, and push down with both legs at the same time.

When you exhale, relax your whole body and turn your palms forward and down.

When closing the posture, the two palms change into fists, the back of the fist is forward, the upper limbs forcefully retract the two fists to the waist slowly, the center of the fist is upward, and the heel is on the ground, repeat 8-20 times.

Hold the palm of the heavenly gate and look upwards, and stand on your toes.

Essentials: palms resting on the gate of heaven and raising the eyes: follow the upward movement, raise both arms upwards, palms facing each other, turn palms upwards, fingers facing each other, tongue touch the upper palate, look up at the sky, look nine days away, lift the heels, and touch the toes to the ground.

Bend your palms and pass the breath: turn your palms down, bend your elbows slightly, keep your head upright, your eyes look straight ahead, put down the tip of your tongue, and slowly press your body in front of your lower abdomen. Penetrate through the throat, the spinal cord to the coccyx, and go straight to Yongquan along the legs.When descending, the foot follows it and touches the ground.

Soon, Qin Shushu felt the difference between the scriptures and Professor Fakong.

When Professor Fakong explained, there were indeed many contents that were not explained in it, and these contents were all reflected in the scriptures.

Among them, the most important thing is the formula of practice.

Without these formulas, what is displayed is a show, an empty show, and you can only touch the fur of the entry, and you can't feel the essence at all.

"Twelve Poses of Yi Jin Jing" is compiled and adapted by eminent monks in the past dynasties, and it belongs to the quick success method of Yi Jin Jing.

Training according to this method can achieve small success in just a few months.

In addition, the original version of the cultivation method is also recorded in the Yi Jin Jing, but it needs a lot of elixir to assist.

Perhaps the reason why the eminent Buddhist monks of all dynasties changed to the 12 forms of Yi Jin Jing is that there are not so many elixir for the disciples to practice and use?
