The Shire, in Bag End.

Bilbo was arranging his desk, and the warm and warm candlelight was shining in the cozy Bag End.

After clearing away the things in his hands, Bilbo came to the table, picked up a large loaf, and cut off a piece.

There are all kinds of food on the table. The hobbit's life is very rich, and everyone lives carefree. On the market, fresh and plump fruits and vegetables can be seen everywhere.

Spreading the jam, and cutting the bread and roast, Bilbo sat down to eat to his heart's content. . .

"Is the Hobbit you're talking about in this place?"

When we arrived in Shire, it was completely dark. Sorin looked at the mage in gray robe and leaning on a wooden staff beside him, and asked in a low voice.

"Yes, the Shire is the dwelling of those hobbits. They are only half as tall as a man, and they live in caves. They are not dirty and smelly caves. Those caves are warm and full of light, and they have unique sweet scent."

The mage lowered his head and answered calmly. He thought for a while, but he didn't want to say anything more, but waved his hand slightly.

"You guys are waiting for me here."

Knocking on the door of Bag End, Bilbo saw the tall figure.

"Gandalf!"

Bilbo cried out in surprise. Every year, Gandalf would come to Bag End to have a fireworks show.

It wasn't time for the fireworks, but that didn't stop Bilbo's enthusiasm for Gandalf.

Pushing open the door, Bilbo invited Gandalf to enter the house.

"Wait a minute, there will be many people coming to visit, and your house will be very lively."

Bilbo's originally excited smile froze on his face, and he might not be able to react for a while.

"It's time to activate the skills and abduct a hobbit."

Gandalf muttered to himself, taking a puff from his pipe.

After a while, there was a knock on the door.

Bilbo went and opened the door, and two dwarves entered.

"We heard that there is going to be a grand banquet here, may I ask where to eat?"

Bilbo stood there in a daze, subconsciously pointing to his own dining table.

"You should be Gandalf's friends, you can eat something first. Well, yes, you take the bread, and the fruit, and the jam, and..."

The two dwarves picked up the food, ate it, played with it, and sang loudly as if they were sitting in their own home.

There was another knock at the door, and Bilbo ran to it at once.

This time, three dwarves came outside the door.

"The banquet has begun! I heard Balin's voice!"

Ignoring Bilbo in front of them, the three of them pulled up their legs and rushed to the edge of the dining table, moved a chair casually and sat down.

Joyful singing sounded, and the dwarves sang and sang, beating the wooden table and knocking on the tableware. Bilbo watched the food on the table disappear quickly, and was stuffed into the stomach by the dwarves.

"Your friends, are you here?"

Looking at Gandalf leaning against the door frame smoking a cigarette, Bilbo hadn't finished speaking when the door was knocked again.

"These dwarves are really worrying."

Sighing, Bilbo came to the gate, and as soon as he opened it, the three dwarves fell in with a thump and crushed him.

All the sounds of joy came from the ears. The dwarves quickly entered Bilbo's house and searched everywhere. Countless food was dug out, and tableware was taken out one after another.

"You can't touch this thing, that plate is made of sterling silver, put down what you're holding, and give it back to me!"

Looking at the dwarves passing by, who didn't regard themselves as outsiders at all, Bilbo dealt with it exhaustedly. It didn't take long for all the rich food in his house to be turned out and placed on the long table.

The long table was full of dwarves. They kept clapping their hands and threw all kinds of food around. The crumbs of the food flew all over the sky and fell all over the place.

Just when Bilbo was at a loss, a powerful big hand lifted him up, put him on a chair, and drew him closer to the table. The dwarves watched him sing loudly and beat time with various tableware.

Bilbo unconsciously began to beat the beat, and with something stuffed in his mouth, he sang indistinctly.

After the song was over, the dwarves laughed loudly, and the wooden table and tableware were clattered by them. Bilbo watched the rich food on the table being eaten quickly, and his heart was bleeding with pain.

"Who are these people!"

"It was a very interesting feast, Mr. Bilbo."

Thorin supported Bilbo's shoulders, looked at the completely bewildered little hobbit, and smiled heartily.

"We all had a great time."

Bud and Fili clapped their hands and laughed loudly, and all the dwarves praised the richness of this banquet dinner.

"You guys are happy, I'm not happy, what's going on!"

Resisting the cry, Bilbo looked at Gandalf, asking him to explain to himself why so many dwarves suddenly entered his house and looted all the food in the house.

"Stop teasing him, explain to him clearly the purpose of your coming here."

Gandalf came behind Bilbo with a pipe in his hand. Thorin nodded, took out a huge parchment, and handed it to Bilbo.

"Mr. Bilbo, we would like to invite you to a wonderful journey. You will step out of the Shire and go to the Middle-earth Continent with all kinds of wonderful scenery. In the end, you will enter a lonely mountain and look for a A lost item."

"Why are there so many people out there who want to find me for a trip, can't you find the lost thing by yourself?"

Bilbo looked at the mass of dwarves, and took the huge parchment and began to read.

"Only a hobbit can complete that task, Mr. Bilbo. You will have a completely different life experience from other hobbits. Think about it carefully."

Gandalf patted Bilbo on the shoulder and pointed in the direction of the gate.

"It's time to leave your warm cave and go to the outside world to explore some other things."

"If you can complete this matter, you will gain endless glory and wealth for a lifetime."

Bilbo looked at the parchment seriously, on which was written the contract for the journey, which had already been signed by thirteen people, with his name at the bottom and a title next to it.

"Snitch?"

"I'm going to be a thief?"

"Believe me, Mr. Bilbo, there is no one better suited for the Snitch than you."

Gandalf patted Bilbo on the shoulder and smiled broadly. . .
