Zhunti thought for a while, and then said: "I first attain the Tao and become a Buddha by myself. After I become a Buddha, I will turn around and use the boundless power of Buddhism to transform this eagle so that it no longer needs to rely on eating flesh and blood to live. Let the flesh and blood living beings in the future not be buried in the belly of the eagle again. Although the living beings in front of you can't save them when they see them, but they can save countless living beings in the future, this is also a great mercy!"

Although Bodhidharma's act of cutting meat and feeding the eagles did shock the sage Zhunti, this method is still not worth advocating in the eyes of the sage Zhunti.

Even if Bodhidharma was able to influence and transform Jiuxiao Garuda in the end, in the eyes of Zhunti Saint, it was just that Bodhidharma was lucky at the end, and at the last moment he proved the realm of immortal golden fairy, so that he could achieve rebirth with a drop of blood , can continue to serve the eagle day after day.

If it were an ordinary person, he would have been wiped out by the eagle on the first day, not even bone marrow left.

Serving the eagle with your body, exchanging your own life for the life of a soul, so that the eagle and the soul you exchange have both.

Although this kind of approach is shocking, in the eyes of the Zhunti sage, this kind of mercy is just a small moment of mercy.

Although a living being was saved, without the immortal Golden Immortal like Bodhidharma who can be reborn from a drop of blood, after that day, the eagle would still not have changed in any way, and would still continue to devour other flesh and blood Creatures, there will still be more flesh and blood creatures buried in the belly of the eagle.

But after that day, there may not be another monk disciple who is as hopeful as Bodhidharma, who is willing to sacrifice his life to serve the eagle, and save the one who should have died in the belly of the eagle after that day. The second living being, the third living being, and even the infinite number of living beings.

This is equivalent to saving the next soul, but giving up the possibility of saving tens of millions of souls in the future.

Is this really great mercy?

Isn't this another kind of cruelty?
If the disciples of the monks and disciples who are looking forward to Daluo Buddha put aside that day and the creature that should have been buried in the belly of the eagle; continue to practice, practice Zen, and realize the Tao, and in the future self-enlighten, prove the Tao and become a Buddha, then there will be opportunities and opportunities. The ability can save the second, third, and immeasurable number of living beings after the eagle-bellied living being buried!

Isn't this a kind of great mercy?
Giving up one person to save all beings, how can this not be called great mercy?
This is the Buddhist principle that Zhunti Saint wants to tell Bodhidharma, and he is also advising Bodhidharma to let go of the idea of ​​saving all sentient beings, to first attain the Tao and become a Buddha, to cross himself to the other shore, to reach the other shore, and to prove the Tao. After the Buddha, whether Bodhidharma wants to save sentient beings or feed the eagles with meat, it is up to him.

Because Buddha itself means great freedom, great freedom, following one's inclinations, and doing one's own way.

Buddha, you can choose to save sentient beings, but Buddha can't just save sentient beings!

If the existence of the Buddha is only for the salvation of sentient beings, then this Buddha is not the real Buddha, but a false Buddha fabricated by countless sentient beings who have sunk into the sea of ​​suffering and cannot extricate themselves. !

Bodhidharma's face remained unchanged, and he still kept his palms together, and continued to bow and ask: "May I ask the Buddha, what is more important, the life of a living being in front of you or the life of countless living beings in the future?"

The kind smile on Zhunti's face was slightly restrained, and he replied with a slight frown: "Naturally, the lives of countless living beings in the future are important."

"But in the eyes of my disciples, it's equal weight!

Whether it is the life of a living being in front of you, or the life of countless living beings in the future, it is equally important!No one is unimportant, and no one is more important than anyone else!Because life itself is the most important and precious thing among all living beings.

Therefore, whether it is the lives of the living beings in front of us or the lives of countless living beings in the future, the disciples must save them all! "

Bodhidharma gradually straightened his body, looked straight at the statue of the saint Buddha in front of him, and said every word, his voice was quiet but there was a sense of firmness and perseverance in it.

Zhunti faintly felt a headache again, looking at Bodhidharma in front of him, as if looking at another Wang Zheng.

Why are you so stubborn?
Western teachings such as giving up, letting go, cutting off cause and effect, and the four elements are empty, how come you haven’t learned any of them?
But just like Wang Zheng and Bodhidharma, Buddhist disciples who can't give up, can't let go of their obsessions, and cut off endless karma, in his opinion, all of them have the talents of Daluo!
This is what makes Zhunti saint feel bad. Obviously, disciples like Wang Zheng and Bodhidharma, who can be regarded as the eternal pride of Buddhism, as long as they practice hard, practice Zen, and understand Taoism, if they are lucky, they may say 8 or [-]. The realm of Daluo Buddha can be achieved in a few years, and if you are almost lucky, it will take tens or millions of years to achieve the realm of Daluo Buddha.

The Zhunti Saint will not have the slightest opinion on what he wants to do at that time.

But if there is no achievement of Daluo Buddha, then in the eyes of Zhunti sage, it is really easy for these Daluo Buddhas to do it, and they will lose themselves by doing it.

Thinking of this, the sage Zhunti couldn't help but continued to persuade him earnestly: "You are only an immortal golden fairy now, and you are saving all the time and every day at this moment, but how many lives can you save, and how many dead souls can you get from Purdue?"

"The years since you and Sanzang walked the Conferred God Land have only saved the souls of tens of millions of sentient beings."

"However, if you have attained the realm of Daluo Buddha, not only can you save the souls of hundreds of millions of living beings in a single thought, let them all enter the underworld, and reincarnate as soon as possible. You can also personally take action to stop this catastrophe of conferring gods, and seal Gods and all beings are at peace and tranquility!"

"Isn't this the great mercy you should pursue more?"

Bodhidharma was silent for a long time, and did not speak for a long time.

Seeing this, Zhunti Sage also breathed a sigh of relief.

Jiuxiaojialuluo cheered happily in his heart, he was really afraid that if his teacher continued to be so stubborn, he would provoke the sage Zhunti to be furious, and then slap his teacher to death, and then seeing his own existence would be an eyesore, If he slapped himself to death, he would really have nowhere to redress his grievances.
