The Wizard Supreme at Hogwarts

Chapter 7 The Girl on the Train

Chapter 7 The Girl on the Train
The last days of August were as comfortable and comfortable as ever for Noreen.Father Justin was not very interested in the things he bought, because he knew he didn't understand; Liana restarted her identity as a Muggle mother, and ignored those magic books and items.Nuo Lin flipped through the textbooks and teased Hua Luo every day, and the days were uneventful.

Noreen felt compelled to say goodbye to Harry. After he whistled a few times upstairs, he went straight out and came to the opposite side of the road.It had been his and Harry's code word for years.

"Nolin!" After a while, Harry trotted over and greeted excitedly.

"We may not see each other for a year." Noreen looked at the puzzled look in Harry's eyes and said with a smile, "I'm going to school tomorrow."

"Is it Eton College...Norlin, you are really amazing." Harry admired sincerely.Although he has a low status in the Dursley family and is often bullied by Dudley, he still knows the outside world very well.Eton College is undoubtedly the existence that makes him awe-inspiring.

"I'm probably going to be sent to a juvenile correctional facility in another year..." Harry said, his voice fading away.

Norin shrugged, raised his lowered head, and said meaningfully: "Don't worry. You'll know where I'm going next year."

"See you next year, then." Noreen knew Harry couldn't be out for too long, or Uncle Vernon would start yelling again. He turned and walked away, leaving Harry scratching his head inexplicably.

When Noreen comes home, Justin and Liana are sitting on the couch watching a reality TV show.Noreen cleared his throat and said, "Dad, shall we go to King's Cross tomorrow morning?"

"I think that's right." Justin was still staring at the TV screen, "Tomorrow I happen to be going to London to meet a client. It's strange to say, will there be a station called 9 3/4..."

Liana chuckled and said, "Xiao Nuolin, when you get to platform 9 tomorrow, just wait a while and observe how the people next to you get in. I don't think you will believe what I tell you now."

"Okay." Norin naturally knew the method, so he had no objection to Liana's words. He went back upstairs and started unpacking.

The suitcase is not big, just enough to fit his things in it.A few magic textbooks, a few robes, some potion powders and equipment.Suddenly, he tilted his head and picked up a small wooden sword.Norin thought for a while, and stuffed the small wooden sword into the compartment of the suitcase. After tidying up, he took out a copy of "Dark Power: A Guide to Self-Defense" and read it while lying on the bed.

Noreen woke up early. He was so excited and nervous that he didn't even think about going back to sleep. He hastily folded the quilt, pacing and thinking wildly while walking in the room, his steps were so frivolous as if he could float up at any time.About an hour later, he felt that his feet were sore, so he went downstairs with a suitcase in one hand and a gray cage in the other.

After breakfast, Noreen and Justin got into the car amid Liana's customary kisses and blessings. They reached King's Cross about ten fifty. After helping Nolin move the suitcase out of the trunk, Justin rubbed Nolin's head and said apologetically, "Dad is going to be late soon, little Norlin, let's go in by himself. He's been so smart since he was a child, this little thing shouldn't be a problem You."

"It's okay, Dad, I can take care of myself." Nolin said, nodding his head.

"Then I'm leaving. Happy new semester!" Justin smiled and waved, got in the car and started the engine to leave.

"Well... now, let's go to the station first." Nuo Lin touched his chin and said.

Norling walked to platform 9, where there were many Muggles standing. They looked anxiously at their watches from time to time, and none of them gave an 11-year-old a second glance.

Norlin walked towards the ticket gate, drifting like a boat in the crowd. When he reached about 9/10 of the distance between platform 3 and platform 4, he took a deep breath, closed his eyes and ran forward.

When I opened my eyes again, the scene was completely new.A crimson steam locomotive leaned against a platform packed with passengers.A sign on the train read: Hogwarts Express, eleven o'clock.Norling looked back and saw that the place where the ticket gate used to be was now a wrought iron archway with the words: Platform 9 3/4.

Norin walked forward carrying the suitcase, and Hua Luo's cage was placed on the suitcase. The smoke of the steam locomotive hovered over the chirping crowd, and cats of various colors walked around under people's feet. Most of the people standing by the platform were adult wizards, and they were telling the children in the train something. The sentence that made Nolin a little bit concerned was: "George! Fred! If you still dare to make trouble this semester, I will consider using roaring letters to reward you with higher grades!"

"Understood, Mom." At the boarding door of the last few carriages, two red-haired twins replied with a smile, and got on the train quickly.

Norin looked at the yelling woman. She has a fat figure, even though she yelled at this time, it was hard to hide her kindness.

"Is this Molly Weasley..." Noreen muttered and got into the car.

Almost all the carriages are full of students.Norin pushed the suitcase forward, looking for a carriage that seemed to have a vacant seat. When he got to the end of the express train, Norin was thinking about standing in the aisle, and a compartment with only one person came into his sight.

Nuo Lin was overjoyed, quickly opened the door of the carriage, pushed the box and walked in, and said as he walked, "Excuse me, can I sit here? You know, there are no empty seats right now... eh?"

Norin froze in surprise.Sitting inside was a girl who came out of a cartoon, and he had seen this girl in Diagon Alley. Her long hair fell to her waist, and she had a book on her lap.At this time, she heard the sound and raised her head, her big beautiful eyes revealed a noble and cold aura that should not be entered by others.

Norin finally knew why no one came to this compartment. But he has always been thick-skinned, and he grinned: "If you didn't say anything, I'll come in."

The girl kept staring at him, watching him struggle to lift the suitcase and put it on the partition, and then he sat down on the chair and let out a long sigh of relief. After a while, she said, "Have we met before? You seem to know me." Her voice was ethereal and crisp, but still a little cold.

"Well... I saw you once in Diagon Alley." While Nolin was speaking, the train trembled, a thick smoke was emitted from the front of the car, and the body slowly started.

"Hello, my name is Noreen Davis." Noreen smiled and stretched out his hand.

The girl looked at his hand quietly, and when Nuo Lin felt that her face was about to freeze from laughing, she stretched out her hand, shook it and then let go.

"Eileen Selwyn." After saying this, she lowered her head and turned her gaze back to the book.

"Selwyn..." Nolin murmured in his heart.

The girl kept her head down and read the book, and Norin naturally wouldn't bother her uninterestedly. He produced a thin note and drew out his wand. Then I opened "Elementary Spells, Standard", studied it carefully, and kept chanting. It's something he's been doing since his return from Diagon Alley.

"Wingardim Leviosa..." He stared at the thin paper on the table, and waved his wand unprofessionally. The small piece of paper seemed to be blown gently by the wind, and the lower right corner was slightly lifted.

"It still doesn't work." Nolin exhaled, "It seems that the way to use the wand is really important."

"You can't use magic outside the school." Elena raised her head suddenly, frowned slightly and said, "Besides, we haven't enrolled yet."

Norin shrugged noncommittally, and said indifferently: "It's just an unsuccessful magic—besides, you wouldn't be so boring to report on me, would you?"

Elena opened her mouth, but hesitated to speak.Just at this moment, the door of the carriage was swung open, and a kind voice said, "Aha! Children, do you want some snacks?"

Nuolin looked up and saw a middle-aged woman in red pushing a small cart full of snacks, with a simple and honest smile.

"Thank you, I don't—" Nuo Lin just wanted to politely decline, but inadvertently caught a glimpse of Elena swallowing saliva secretly, and immediately changed her words with a smile, "Oh, I mean, I don't eat strange beans. Of course, I am still happy to taste other foods.”

For five Sickles, Noreen bought a whole host of outlandish treats such as chocolate frogs, pumpkin pies, licorice magic bars, and the like.He put these things on the table, picked up a magic stick of licorice and took a bite, the mouth was filled with a burst of fragrant grass. He handed Serina a chocolate frog and said, "Here."

"No, there's no need." Elena tried her best to concentrate on the book on her lap, and refused in a low voice. It was just the "cuckoo" sound from her stomach at the right time, which made her face turn red.

Noreen burst out laughing. At this time, the girl didn't look like a stranger, she looked very cute.

"Just treat it as a loan from me. You will have to pay it back in the future." Nuo Lin tried hard to suppress a smile.

Elena's eyes lit up.She hesitated for a while, but still took the chocolate frog, and said seriously: "Thank you. I will pay it back."

Noreen reclined comfortably in his chair, continuing to work on his spells. The teenagers and girls were eating their snacks, and the carriage returned to silence.
