The Wizard Supreme at Hogwarts

Chapter 34 Confronting Dumbledore

Chapter 34 Confronting Dumbledore
In Snape's life, there are many words on the blacklist, such as "greasy", "bat", "James Potter", etc., and the most untouchable is undoubtedly just spit out by Nolin that word.

Because of that "Mudblood", he and Lily parted ways and turned against each other, and lived in pain and regret all his life.

Nuolin could understand his thoughts very well. The girl he loves treats him like an enemy and throws herself into the arms of others. Moreover, that person is still her enemy. It is simply an unbearable pain in life.

"What a bad word."

Professor Flitwick exclaimed at the right time, "In this case, twenty points for Slytherin and thirty points for Ravenclaw, Severus, is that okay?"

Snape froze and didn't speak.

"Mr. Carlo almost died! This matter shouldn't end so easily!"

Professor Sinistra couldn't help retorting. She didn't deliberately target Norlin, but she was terrified that she almost killed someone in her class.

"As long as there is some respect for Muggles, Carlo would not say such a thing. Besides, you are a professor of Muggles, Sinista."

Professor Flitwick stood on the headmaster's desk and said with a straight chest.

"This……"

Professor Sinistra was speechless.

"Mr. Davis, Mr. Carroll said something to you that is hard to forgive—"

Dumbledore said slowly.

"I know I'm not. I'm sure you know that too."

Nolin said suddenly.

Dumbledore's gaze focused on Noreen's eyes.He showed a smile, and his long snow-white beard fluttered as he got up.

He looked at the three of Snape: "Go back and rest first, I'll take care of this matter."

Snape turned and left, Professor Flitwick gave Noreen an encouraging look and followed.Professor Sinistra hesitated for a while, and finally said nothing, saluted Dumbledore and left silently.

"Sit down, child." Dumbledore tapped his wand, and a chair appeared out of nowhere in the room, and there was a silver tray with strangely shaped candies on it.

Norin glanced at Dumbledore's wand without showing any traces. It was dark all over, and there were obvious protrusions on the body of the wand, which seemed to have been eroded by the years.

"Honeyduke's candy, sizzling bee candy." Dumbledore said kindly, "Try it, it tastes good. At least I, an old man, like it very much."

Not only have I eaten, but there are still a bunch of them in the dormitory.Norin said in his heart, still picked up one honestly, put it in his mouth, and said:

"It's really delicious."

"A very interesting spell, did you develop it yourself?" Dumbledore sat down again, narrowed his eyes, and said with great interest.

Norin almost didn't react, and it took a while to realize that he was talking about the spell on the top of the astronomy tower. The question is, how did Dumbledore know?
Norin smiled shyly and said, "A small improvement of the Levitation Curse was discovered by accident."

"Professor Flitwick once told me about your talent in magic power. I didn't expect that you have made some achievements in Charms, which is very good."

Dumbledore's blue eyes were inexplicably deep, and he continued:
"But you have to know that while having outstanding strength, you must also have a heart of awe for magic, and more importantly, keep your original heart."

Prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendliness...

Seeing that Dumbledore was looking straight at him, Noreen quickly muttered in his heart. He can't guarantee whether this old bee who likes to take souls will use it on him, so he can only make a bad plan.

"Thank you for your teaching, Professor. I will remember it."

After eliminating distracting thoughts as much as possible, Norin replied respectfully.

"So, what did you mean by what you said just now?" Dumbledore stuffed a piece of candy into his mouth and chewed it full.

"I know I'm not—well, Muggle-born." Noreen stroked the back of the chair with his right hand, feeling its smooth texture, "I believe you should know it too."

After swallowing the candy in his mouth, Dumbledore smacked his lips comfortably, picked up another one, and said:

"Yeah, you are Liana's child, of course I know."

Norin's eyes lit up immediately. Didn't he deliberately come to see Dumbledore to find out more about his mother?

However, the next moment, his face was slightly stiff, with a look of frustration.

"I understand, but unfortunately I cannot tell you."

Dumbledore shook his head, his tone slowing down.

"Can you tell me why?"

Norin clenched his fist and asked unwillingly.

Everyone's the same...everyone says that, everyone treats him like a kid, and Noreen just feels a resurgence of irritability.

"You are only in the first grade, even if you are already stronger than your peers, knowing it will only harm you and not benefit you."

Dumbledore said softly, "Of course, I can assure you that your parents' lives are not in danger."

Noreen said nothing more.He was silent for a while, and then said in a muffled voice:

"I see."

"Then let's talk about the consequences of this incident." Dumbledore dragged the topic to the very beginning, "Mr. Carrow said something to you that is hard to forgive, but I don't think he should receive such severe punishment."

Norrin nodded casually. He didn't pay much attention to this matter. He also believed that Dumbledore, who has always been philanthropic and loose, would not make any harsh decisions... right?
"Twenty points from Slytherin, twenty points from Ravenclaw."

Norin's heart relaxed slightly, but Dumbledore continued:
"As for your words, Mr. Davies. In confinement, at Professor Snape's every Friday night. When it ends is up to Professor Snape."

Norin wondered if his previous understanding of the greatest white wizard of this generation was wrong.

Obviously a ruthless old bee.

"Professor—" Nolin tried to save it.

"Actually, the punishment I gave was light enough. No matter what, life is the most respectable thing in the world. I hope you can understand this in the days to come."

Dumbledore interrupted him, speaking indisputably.

"understood."

Norin didn't insist anymore, he saluted and walked out of the principal's office.

Dumbledore sat in the chair without saying a word, until a voice sounded beside him:
"This kid is not simple. I feel that he has a big secret."

The portrait of the former principal Phoenix opened his eyes and said to Dumbledore, "Why isn't he assigned to Slytherin?"

"Hopefully he won't be the next Tom." Dumbledore thought back to the message Krell had given him. "This kid can't be frightened by a burning cupboard anymore."

"Then you don't want to take a look at it?" Phoenix teased.

"He is my student." Dumbledore replied firmly, "I don't want to make the same mistake again."

The flames in the fireplace were blazing, and the phoenix perched on the shelf suddenly spread its wings and flew to Dumbledore's shoulder in a circle.
