The Wizard Supreme at Hogwarts

Chapter 133 The first line of life and death

Chapter 133

Chatting with horse people is easy to make people anxious, their words are always so cloudy and erratic.

"Good, but I mean, are there any more serious anomalies?"

Hagrid tried his best to suppress his impatience, "Didn't you notice some strange movements?"

Ronan still didn't reply. Finally, he said:

"There are many secrets hidden in the forest."

There was a sudden movement in the bushes behind Ronan, and Hagrid raised his crossbow again. It turned out that it was only the second centaur, with black hair and a dark body, and some scars on his body. He looked a little rougher than Ronan.

"Good evening, Baine," said Hagrid, glancing at him.

Baine nodded, and heard Hagrid ask again:

"I was asking Ronan, have you seen anything weird around here lately? There's a unicorn hurt - do you know anything about it?"

Bain came over and stood beside Ronan, looked up at the sky, held back for a long time and said:
"Mars is bright tonight."

The three of Harry: "..."

They each made up their minds in their hearts that they would never say a word to the horseman unless it was absolutely necessary.

"Don't stay too long in the Forbidden Forest. There is a distinguished guest from the centaur tribe tonight, and something may happen."

Bain thought for a moment and said.

"VIP?"

Hagrid was taken aback, wasn't I always the only guest in the Forbidden Forest?

"Come on, Ronan."

Bane bowed slightly to Hagrid, turned and said.Ronan followed him without saying a word, obviously Bane had great influence in the centaur tribe.

Hagrid gaped behind them and said annoyedly, "Well, you never get a straight answer from the centaurs. They're not interested in anything but what's around the moon."

"Are there many horsemen here?"

Hermione asked.

"There is a tribe of centaur...I don't know how many. These centaurs are inscrutable, know many things...but always keep their mouths shut."

"Tell me, could the movement we heard earlier be the distinguished guest he mentioned?"

Harry thought for a moment, then asked.

"I don't think so. I've never heard that kind of voice before. It's strange to say that I have known the horse people for decades, and I have never heard that they have any distinguished guests."

Hagrid shook his head and said strangely.

They continued walking through the dark, dense woods.Harry and Ron were always looking nervously over their shoulders, as if someone was watching them.

Turning a bend in the path, Hagrid stopped suddenly with a look on his face Harry had never seen before.

Something white was shining on the ground.Hermione had never seen such a beautiful and miserable scene. The unicorn's slender legs stretched out unnaturally in the same position as it fell. Its mane, white as pearls, was spread over the black fallen leaves.

A bush trembled at the edge of the clearing, and then, out of the shadows, a hooded figure crawled slowly across the ground like an approaching beast.

The cloaked figure approached the unicorn, lowered its head, pointed at the wound on the side of the corpse, and began to drink its blood.

"asshole!"

Hagrid's eyes were about to crack, and he yelled furiously, firing the crossbow in his hand.

The hooded figure looked up and flashed deftly. The three of Harry, however, froze in shock, with expressions of disbelief on their faces.

They saw his face clearly, it was Professor Quirrell who had disappeared! However, his nose disappeared for some reason, and the wound on it was covered with scabs, which looked indescribably weird.

Just then, a sharp pain pierced Harry's head like he had never felt before, like his scar was on fire. His vision blurred, and he staggered back, hearing Hagrid's roar.

"Quirrell! How dare you—damn you!"

Naturally, Hagrid saw it too, he was furious, and he fired the crossbow arrows in his hand, pressing towards Quirrell step by step.

The corner of Quirrell's mouth was still stained with silvery white blood. He straightened up, looked at Hagrid contemptuously, and said intoxicatedly:

"Ah - wonderful taste, the unicorn really lives up to its reputation."

"You know, from the moment your lips touch its blood, your life is cursed."

Hagrid said coldly, with deep sadness in his eyes.He was mourning the dead unicorn.

"Curse? I will live forever, so what's the point of a curse?"

Quirrell smiled strangely, his eyes skipped over Hagrid, cast it on Harry's forehead, walked towards him step by step, and said in his mouth,
"This is the Boy Who Lived? The Harry Potter who beat me? Stand up and show me what's special about you. Stand up!"

These words made the three of Hagrid and Harry feel cold all over.

Hagrid's face changed drastically, and he said in surprise, "You're not Quirrell, you're Riddle... Voldemort!"

"My dear student, get out of the way... or Dumbledore will lose his loyal servant."

As Voldemort approached, Harry's scar hurt more and more, as if his forehead no longer belonged to him, it hurt like a bomb about to explode.

"No wonder you disappeared suddenly, no wonder you came here to hunt unicorns, it seems that Dumbledore beat you half to death and kicked you out of school, right?"

Hagrid's body trembled slightly uncontrollably. Facing the Dark Lord who was in full swing more than ten years ago, it was impossible to say that he was not afraid.

But there were still three new students behind him, he couldn't leave them alone, and he took it as a emboldening for himself to mention Dumbledore's name.

Voldemort's eyes turned cold, he gritted his teeth and said:
"Dumbledore, what does he know? He thinks everything is under his control, but he didn't even notice this poor servant I possessed...if it wasn't..."

Harry backed away, clutching his head, desperately trying to stay away from him.His forehead hurt so badly that he couldn't even speak.

Ron and Hermione looked at each other in horror, trembling, but each took out their wands and stood firmly in front of Harry.

Voldemort gave a strange laugh, pointed his wand at the two of them, and said sarcastically:
"What a touching friendship... Is this the power of love that Dumbledore said? Or do you also have the magical power of Yaxley and can stop me?"

Ron and Hermione were subconsciously wondering who Yaxley was, and Hagrid had drawn out a pink wand and was standing in front of them, his back like a hill.

"Run... go back and call Dumbledore, quick!"

Hagrid didn't look back, and quickly shouted with a serious face, "Torn apart!"

A curse flew towards Voldemort's face.

Ron and Hermione dragged Harry and ran out of the Forbidden Forest without looking back. They also understand that staying here is of no use at all, they might as well go back and find reinforcements to save Hagrid.

However, they hadn't run a few steps before a thick pile of white bones appeared on the ground, trapping them so that they couldn't move.

"I didn't say you can go."

Voldemort flashed Hagrid's curse at random, and said grimly, pointing his wand at Hagrid, green light surged, "In this case, you go to die. Avada Kedavra!"

Cold sweat broke out on Hagrid's forehead, and the breath of death was inevitably approaching.Behind them were the three of Harry, and he couldn't dodge, so he planned to resist the spell.

The same light gushed out of his wand and hit the Kedavra, only to be bounced off lightly. In the next second, the Death Curse came to him.

As soon as the despair appeared on Hagrid's face, he saw a red light flying from a distance, colliding with the Killing Curse a few meters in front of him.

"Fortunately we caught up."

In the dark jungle, a young figure came out, muttering to himself.
