Chapter 76 Occlumency First Results

Chapter 76 Occlumency First Results

Hera sat on the chair and let out a long sigh, Quirinus' time was running out.
But Voldemort's plan is doomed to fail, after all, the Sorcerer's Stone has been destroyed by Dumbledore, and what is hidden in the Mirror of Erised is just a fake.

Hera closed her eyes to sort out her mood. Knowing that the hour hand was pointing to 7 o'clock, she sighed faintly, got up and walked towards Snape's underground office.

The wind in January was exceptionally bitter. Although the castle was burning with raging fire, the corridors where the draft was blowing became bitingly cold, and the window glass was rattled by the bitter cold wind.

The worst part was that Snape's office was on the basement floor, as long as he breathed out lightly, a cloud of white mist would form in front of him. Hera tightened his cloak and walked quickly to Snape's office.

Boom boom boom!
"Hera?" Snape sat on the desk grading the students' vacation homework, looking at Hera who opened the door in surprise, although he had told Hera the password earlier, but Hera hadn't looked for him for a while.

"Hey." Hera smiled, and gently closed the door, "Professor Snape, Quirrell is going to the Forbidden Forest again."

The quill in Snape's hand froze, the tip of the pen slipped through the parchment and made a thud, but he didn't take it to heart at all, and casually rolled up the students' homework and threw it into the trash can.

"Uh, professor, then." Hera stared blankly at the ball of paper flying towards the trash can, and finally landed perfectly on the side.

Snape was also aware of this fact, but he didn't pay attention, stood up with his hands on the table, and walked out from behind the desk.

"Quirrell went to the Forbidden Forest again?"

"Yes, Quirrell seems to have completely surrendered to the Dark Lord, and he is powerless to resist." Hera shrank her neck in fear and said, "I just feel as if I am facing the Dark Lord."

"Oh." Snape sneered, lowered his head in thought, and said slowly, "That trash of Quirrell... how could he resist that? I don't know where his confidence comes from."

"The Dark Lord asked me to hold you back. He doesn't seem to trust you much."

"He never trusted anyone." Snape sneered, as if recalling something, his expression was a bit ugly.

Hera was silent. He didn't know Voldemort very well, and he basically learned about Voldemort from books.

"So, he sent you to hold me?" Snape asked, looking up, puzzled.

Hera nodded, and said after consideration, "Yes, but I would like to take this opportunity for you to examine my Occlumency."

Hera didn't know what she was thinking, obviously she was suspicious of Snape before, but Dumbledore firmly believed in Snape's loyalty, which made him waver again.

In addition to the current situation, he can only gamble. Rather than being seen through by Voldemort, it is better to be seen by Snape, right?

"Oh?" Snape raised his head slightly, staring at Hera in surprise.

"Yes, of course." Snape unexpectedly did not taunt Hera, and took out his wand directly from his pocket.

Hera hastily stretched out his hand to interrupt Snape's movements. He was experienced, he took out his wand and swung it, summoned the chair, found a suitable posture and sat down, making sure that he would not fall off the chair even if he lost consciousness, and then nodded heavily at Snape.

"I'm ready, Professor Snape, you can begin."

Snape nodded and said nothing.

Hera took a deep breath, looking straight into Snape's eyes.

Eye contact is often crucial to Legilimency. The walls and grounds of Hogwarts are guarded by many ancient spells to ensure the physical and mental safety of the school personnel. Even if Snape wanted to use Legilimency on Hera, he still needed eye contact.

"Legislasia!"

Snape snapped, aiming the tip of his wand at Hera.

The office flickered and disappeared before Hera's eyes, and pictures flashed through his mind like a movie, and he could no longer see the surrounding things.

He escaped from Snape's attack in the Forbidden Forest and taught the students in the classroom. The saliva of three vicious dogs dripped on him in the corridor on the fourth floor.
Hera pursed her lips tightly, her face was a little pale, but the corners of her mouth curled up slightly.

This was what he wanted Snape to see, this was the memory he had faked, and he succeeded, he did it!

Back in Snape's office, Hera's chest heaved violently, her body almost slipped off the chair, and her fingers were tightly clasped on the chair.

He looked up at Snape, his expression still indifferent.

"That's right," Snape rarely sprayed Hera with the poison, and Hera stood up from the chair, her steps were a little flimsy, but her mood was still extremely joyful.

In just a moment, he knew how stupid his thoughts were just now!
"Your brain, which is not as good as a troll, has barely been cleaned, at least it won't keep all your secrets on the surface." Snape put down his wand, shrouded in a long black cloak.

"Professor, I have succeeded!" Hera was almost floating, and finally she didn't have to worry about being taken away by Voldemort's 'Avada gnawed a big melon'!

Snape hit Hera mercilessly, "It's just resisting my Legilimency. Don't you think this level is of any use in front of the Dark Lord?"

Hera's complexion suddenly collapsed, Snape is really frustrating.

"However, he is not strong at all right now. He is just a poor creature attached to Quirrell. Even he shouldn't waste too much energy on you." Snape curled his lips as he said.

Hera almost punched Snape's face with her fist, was she kidding herself?

Since Voldemort can't see through his own brain now, wouldn't that be enough! ?

With such a profound magic, it is estimated that Voldemort, a terminal patient of persecution paranoia, would treat it as a clean-up and throw it away.

"Professor Snape?"

"Ok?"

"I want to experience Legilimency. I wonder if you can do it?" Hera said with a simple smile, her expression was no longer sincere.

Snape swung his arm violently, and the robe rolled behind him like a black tide.

"I really want to see what's going on in your helpless slug-like mind? Your poor Potions professor is tired." Snape taunted Hera mercilessly in a graceful tone, but his tone was like his eyes - cold and empty.

"I have always experienced Legilimency, but I don't know what it feels like." Hera spread his hands helplessly. He really wanted to experience the feeling of casting Legilimency.
