Chapter 311 Privet Drive is no longer safe!
Dear Mr. Porter:
We have received information that you cast the Patronus Charm and the Levitation Charm in front of a Muggle in a Muggle residential area at 23:[-] tonight. This behavior is a serious violation of the "Reasonable Restraint of Underage Wizards Act", so you have been expelled from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.Representatives from the Ministry of Magic will be sent to your residence shortly to destroy your wand.
Hope you take care.
Your faithful Mafalda Hopkirk
Misuse of the Department of Magic is prohibited by the Ministry of Magic.
Harry read the letter back and forth. He was only silently aware of what his uncle and aunt were talking about. His mind was cold and blank.A fact plunged into his consciousness like a paralyzing dart. He's expelled from Hogwarts, it's all over, and he's never going back.
Hera had been staying at Mrs. Figg's house for three days. During these three days, he had been observing the situation at 4 Privet Drive through the window on the second floor. He was relieved to see that Harry hadn't stepped out of the room. According to Dumbledore's letter, he was investigating Harry's affairs at the Ministry of Magic.
This is emotionally and rationally inappropriate.
A long-eared owl brought good news. Dumbledore delayed the Ministry of Magic's punishment of Harry. Harry will be interrogated on August 8, and thanks to Dumbledore's efforts, the Ministry of Magic agreed to conduct a follow-up investigation.
Hera also finally received the latest action plan. Later today, they will secretly take Harry away and bring them to their secret base - Black's old house.
This was obviously extremely important, and the Order of the Phoenix was almost out, and they also had several broomsticks with them.
Taking advantage of nightfall and when the Dursleys were out, Hera and the others sneaked into No. [-] Privet Drive, and the Muggle locks naturally couldn't stop them.
There was no light in the room, and when they pushed open the bedroom door, Harry was holding his wand tightly to face the door, and Hera frowned, "Put down your wand, lest someone goug out someone's eyes. As much as I like your vigilance, we obviously won't hurt you."
"Hera?" Harry exclaimed, he heard the voice, but did not put down his wand in a hurry.
"Not only me, but also Alastor, Remus, we have a lot of people here." Hera said to Harry in a low voice while listening to the people next to them discussing the transfer.
"Lu—Professor Lupine?" said Harry in disbelief. "Is he here too?"
"Why are we standing in the dark?" Tonks said. "Lumos."
Suddenly there was a light on the tip of her wand, and the magic light illuminated the entire staircase. A large group of wizards stood in the corridor, and they all looked up at Harry through the light.Several craned their necks vigorously to get a better view of him.
"Oh! He looks exactly as I had imagined." Tonks said excitedly, holding his glowing wand aloft. She looked very alive. "Hello, Harry!"
"Ah, I see what you mean, Hera," said a dark, balding Kingsley at the back, his voice low and slow, with a gold ring in one ear—"We can't Apparate."
"You should have known a long time ago that we can't cause Dumbledore any more trouble." Hera held her forehead, and he explained to Kingsley all the way, finally letting him understand this point.
"Okay, Harry, time is running out, we have to get you out of here before your Muggle uncle and aunt come back." Hera tugged at Harry's sleeve.
"Can you guarantee it's him, Hera?" Moody bellowed gruffly. "If we bring back a Death Eater posing as him, we'll be in big trouble. Anyone got Veritaserum?"
Moody had long gray hair and a chunk of flesh missing from his nose.He was staring suspiciously at Harry with narrowed asymmetrical eyes. One of his eyes was small and dark and bright, and the other was large and round and shone an electric blue.
"Okay, Alastor. But I don't think Dumbledore will allow you to use Veritaserum on Harry. I think maybe you can ask some questions that only Harry and I know." Hera understood Moody's thoughts very well, but he was a little too cautious, so he could only ask Harry helplessly: "Harry, where was the first time we met?"
"King's Cross Station, I don't know how to enter the platform, and you helped me carry my luggage at that time." Harry said nervously. It was really hard for him to forget that memory.
"That's right, it's him, Alastor." Hera said.
"By the way, Harry, what does your Patronus look like?" Lupine asked.
"A stag." Harry cast his eyes on Lupine again.
"Well, I can confirm it's Harry," said Lupine.
"Then what time do we have to spend?" Hera pulled Harry to let him go downstairs, they still needed to prepare.
But Moody soon yelled again, "Don't stick your wand in there, boy!" Hera followed Moody's eyes and saw that it was Harry who had slipped his wand into the back pocket of his jeans.
"What if it catches fire? You know, wizards far better than you have burned their asses off."
"You know who burned their ass off?" Tonks asked Moody with interest, and Hera looked at him, too, curious about the question.
"Never mind, just don't keep your wand in your trouser pocket!" Moody said angrily. "It's basic wand safety rules, and no one cares about it now." He stomped toward the kitchen. "I figured it out," added Tonks angrily, as he rolled his eyes at the ceiling.
Hera walked into the kitchen, and he and several other wizards whispered about the next plan. In order to transfer Harry, they had to be serious. This was an extremely risky move. Because of the exposure of Privet Drive, they were very likely to be attacked by Death Eaters, and they couldn't even guarantee that they would see each other after a few ten minutes—God knows which unlucky guy was caught by Death Eaters.
Death Eaters don't show mercy.
"Very well, as long as the signal is sent to tell us that everything is safe, we can go." Hera said and looked out the kitchen window. "We still have about 15 minutes."
The other wizards nodded, and the atmosphere suddenly became heavy. The air was so frozen that it seemed to crush people.
"Did something happen? Because I was attacked by a dementor?" Harry asked.
"You can't say anything here, it's too dangerous." Moody said first, the normal eye turned to Harry, and the magic eye was still gliding around, and he needed to keep an eye on his surroundings all the time. "Damn it!"
"Okay, I'll get you a glass of water." Hera patted Moody's shoulder and turned his head aside, because what Moody will do next will be very disgusting, even if he has been with Moody for so long, it is not very acceptable.
With a harsh crunch, like a piston being snapped out of a sink, Moody pulled the magic eye out.
"Mad-Eye, it's disgusting what you're doing, isn't it?" said Tonks, kindly.
"Okay, stop mocking him." Hera found a clean cup by the sink, filled it with clean water, and handed it to Moody.
"Thanks," said Moody, and he dropped the magic eye into the water, poking it up and down with his hand, and the eye swished and glared at everyone in the room. "On the way back, I wish I had a 360-degree view."
"Relax, we will complete the mission, and no one will have any accidents. We will reach the safe house safely." Hera patted Moody on the back, signaling him to relax.Moody always puts everyone on edge.
"By the way, Harry, we're going to go on a broomstick, that's the only way. You're too young to disapparate, and the Floo Network will be monitored by them. In fact, I don't mind making a portkey, but they all think it's too risky." Hera explained to Harry. He believed that with Harry's technology, it would not be too difficult for Harry.
"Using an unapproved portkey? That's not enough to cost our lives!" Moody said in a low voice. In the meeting of the Order of the Phoenix, he was the first to refute Hera's proposal. He insisted on his idea that the portkey is an extremely unsafe means of transportation.
"However, I quite believe in Hera. When he was in Norway, he was a well-known stowaway." Mundungus hunched aside, holding a large unlit cigarette bag, and said angrily.
Mundungus firmly stood on Hera's side. In his opinion, the Portkey was an extremely convenient way. After all, this is much safer than a broomstick, at least he doesn't have to worry about the risk of being shot down.Rather than being a target for a dark wizard in the sky, he would rather risk using the Portkey.
Hera scratched her head, it was better not to quarrel at the moment, so he stood up, "Okay, I think the Portkey plan has been abandoned, so we don't want to waste time on it. Tonks, you'd better take Harry to pack up. We'll be on our way when the signal comes."
"Let me help you." Tonks walked upstairs very cheerfully, Harry following behind him.
After Harry left, Kingsley's black face was gloomy, which made him look even darker, "How is Harry flying?"
"He's just fantastic," said Lupine, laughing, checking his watch constantly. "You can't believe he stole a dragon's egg from under a dragon."
"I have been working in the Ministry for the last year, but I heard from my colleagues about the Triwizard Tournament." Kingsley said in a low voice.
"I don't think I have a say in the matter at all." Moody swirled the glass as if he were wine, and the eye flew up in the glass.
Hera frowned, looking at the magic eye was still a little disgusted, "Alastor, I suggest you better put it on, I don't remember you needing to clean it for so long."
"I'm just prepared in case it doesn't work again on the road," Moody said dryly, but he reached into the water glass and pulled out the magic eye, and there was another extremely harsh crunching sound. This made the wizards present involuntarily hiss.
"By the way, Harry's uncle and aunt won't be coming back anytime soon, right?" Hera asked the wizards next to her. Each of them was responsible for a part. This was to make full use of the time and not give the dark wizard a chance.
"No, Tonks and I sent them a letter via the Muggle post saying they've been shortlisted for the best suburban lawn in England, and they're rushing to claim it." Lupine replied, looking down at his watch.
Hera raised her eyebrows, "What is that?"
"I don't know either." Lupine raised his head and smiled at Hera, "Muggles always have a bunch of messy matches."
"You're right." Hera nodded approvingly.
When Harry and Tonks went downstairs, the group of wizards downstairs were already bored thinking about Muggle stuff.Kingsley and Sturgis were poring over the microwave, and Hestia was laughing at a potato peeler she had just rummaged through in a drawer.Hera and Lupine were in the living room looking at the fake fireplace in the Dursleys' house.
"Muggles don't use fireplaces, do they?" Hera felt it, confirming it was a fake.
Lupine circled it. "I guess they just sealed up the fireplace, and there's a chimney on it?"
"That makes sense." Hera nodded, "Then how do they keep warm?"
Lupine frowned.
"Hera, Lupine, I'm packing." Harry and Tonks walked down the stairs, Harry holding his broomstick in his hand, Tonks carrying the owl's cage, the suitcase drifting unsteadily across the room behind them.
"Great," said Lupine, seeing Tonks and Harry coming in, regardless of the fireplace, "we have about a minute, and we should go out in the garden and get ready. Harry, we left a letter telling your aunt and uncle not to worry—"
"They won't worry," said Harry.
"—say you're safe—"
"It's just going to disappoint them."
"—and said you'd come to see them next summer."
"Does it have to be like this?"
Lupine turned his head and smiled at Hera, without answering.
"Come here, Harry," Hera beckoned to Harry, and at the same time drew out his wand and pointed it at Harry, "I need to cast a Disillusionment Charm on you."
"What's that?" Harry asked uneasily, subconsciously tensing up as he faced the wand.
"Don't worry, I'm not the explosive ghost of Dean Thomas," Hera held up her wand, "it's just a camouflage spell, so that others won't see you easily. I know you have an invisibility cloak, but it won't fit well when we fly up later."
After speaking, he tapped Harry's head heavily with his wand.
"Nice job, Hera!" Tonks said admiringly, wide-eyed at Harry.
"Don't tell me, you don't even know how to use such a simple spell." Hera gave Tonks a blank look.
Tonks looked a little depressed, "You know, if I hadn't been a born disguised Animagus, I wouldn't have been able to enter the Auror's office at all."
