Chapter 127 Dementor Attacks the Train

Chapter 127 Dementor Attacks the Train

"Is the train broken?" Hermione's voice sounded.

Holding her wand, Hera looked carefully at the situation outside through the window, and said slowly, "I don't know."

There was a short, squeaking sound, and Hera turned her head. Ron was looking out through the clean spot that Ron was wiping the windowpane with his sleeve.

"There's something moving in there!" said Harry, pointing at something outside.

Ron followed suit, whispering, "I guess people are going out"

"You'd better stay in the compartment honestly, maybe I should ask the driver what's going on." Hera retracted her body, closed the compartment door gently, and lowered her head to search for something in her small pocket.

"found it."

He took out a pocket looking glass from it, which was Nick Flamel's personal collection, and he asked Manglan to find it for him-in order to keep him safe at all times for the next year, given the current situation.

But the pocket spyglass just stayed in Hera's hand, and if there was anyone untrustworthy around, the pocket spyglass would light up and spin.

Clearly, there is no one around to be trusted.

Hera frowned, glanced at Harry and Ron, and wondered if there was something wrong with the looking glass, after all, the two little devils didn't look like they could be trusted.

If they are telling the truth, it only proves that they are complete idiots.

"What happened outside?"

"Ginny! My sister is going to Hogwarts for the first time"

"We must have been fired, even they stopped the train for it."

The noisy voices of Harry and Ron never stopped, and Hera couldn't stand it any longer, "Quiet!"

Neither of them spoke again, and there was a slight crackling sound in the carriage, and a shivering light appeared.

Hera lit the torch and kept all kinds of supplies in his pockets, after all, sometimes magic is not omnipotent.

The fire illuminated the carriage, bringing people a sense of warmth and security, and also illuminated Hera's tired face, but his eyes were vigilant and cautious.

"Stay in the compartment and don't go out," he said, his voice a little hoarse, and he knew what was going on, it must be the damn Ministry of Magic, they sent dementors to track Harry down.

Damn it, don't they know that things like dementors should be banned in Azkaban! ?
He put the torch on the tray and slowly reached for the door, but it opened slowly before he could push the side of it.

Standing in the doorway, chilled by the flickering light of the fire on the little table, was a cloaked monster as tall as the ceiling. Its face is completely hidden under the hood.

Hera sighed, the dementor was really making his stomach sick, one of its hands protruded from the cloak, the hand shimmered, gray, emaciated and scabbed, like something dead, soaked in water and rotting, it took less than a second for the hand to appear. The Dementor seemed to sense Harry's or Ron's gaze, and the hand suddenly retracted into the folds of his black cloak.

Then, the thing under the hood, took a long, slow, trembling breath, as if trying to suck in something other than air from its surroundings.

In fact, it does siphon off other things.

Hera felt a chill run through her body, as if her breath was congealed in her chest. This was completely different from his brief encounter with the dementor in Azkaban before, when he only glimpsed it from a distance.

The chill penetrated the skin, down to Hera's chest, down to his heart.
Hera knew that he had to do something. The three little wizards in the carriage rolled their eyes up and fainted on their seats.

"Call God Guard!"

He swung his wand vigorously, held it high above his head and spun it in a wide circle, shooting a cloud of silver-white mist-like beings from the tip of his wand, and the dementor screamed and exited the carriage.

Immediately afterwards, Hera heard a loud roar, and several silver Patronus Charms burst out.

Sitting on the seat, Hera panted heavily, looking at the flickering scenery outside the window with lingering fear. The Hogwarts Express was moving again, and the lights were on again.

His Patronus Charm was still as weak as ever, and he couldn't even condense entities so far. Expelling a dementor was already the limit of his ability.

However, this does not mean that Hera's magic level is poor, it's just that the requirements of the Patronus Charm are too strict - when casting this spell, the wizard needs to concentrate and think about the happiest thing in his heart.

And this is obviously too difficult for Hera, he really can't think of anything that can really make him happy.

"Harry! Harry! Are you okay?" Ron and Hermione on the side were still slapping Harry's face. Harry passed out just now, and he hasn't woken up until now.

"What-what's wrong?"

Harry finally opened his eyes. Ron and Hermione were kneeling beside him, and he felt so bad that he reached up and pushed his eyes up, touching the cold sweat on his face.

Ron and Hermione helped him back into his seat. "Are you all right?" Ron asked nervously.

"It's all right," said Harry, looking quickly towards the door, where the dementor had disappeared.
"What happened just now? Where did that—the monster go? Who was screaming just now?"

"No one was screaming," said Ron, still nervous.

Harry looked around the brightly lit carriage, and Hera was looking at him too, though her face was a little prettier than Hermione's and Ron's.

"Here you are." Hera took out mints from his pocket. He found that the snacks of Jialong (Siamese cat) were really delicious. If the price was lower, Hera wouldn't mind buying more to keep on hand.

"Eat it, it's good for you."

Harry took the mint, but didn't eat it. "What was that just now?" he asked Hera.

"A dementor." Hera looked around the car, and finally distributed mints to the rest, "A dementor from Azkaban."

Everyone stared at him, and Hera put the partially empty candy box into her pocket.

"Eat it, it's good to eat." He said again, "I want to talk to the staff on the bus, you two guys. Think carefully about how to explain to Professor Dumbledore after arriving at Hogwarts! He is very angry."

Hera got up and walked past them, disappearing into the corridor.

"We're sure we'll be all right, Harry?" said Ron, pale again, almost forgetting what he'd done with the Dementor's distraction.

"I don't understand what happened just now?" said Harry, wiping the sweat that had come back from his face.

"Well, I thought you were at least worried about how Dumbledore would punish you." Hermione said puffingly, hugging her shoulders.

"Uh" Ron hesitated, ignoring Hermione decisively, "that guy - the dementor - stood there looking around, I mean, I think it did that, I couldn't see its face - and you - you -"

"I think you're scared or something," said Ron, still terrified. "You go stiff, you fall off your seat, you start twitching—"

"Oh yes, thanks to Hera being there, he cast the spell with his wand just in time," said Hermione. "There was a silvery light on the tip of his wand, and the guy turned around and seemed to slip away."

"It's horrible," said Ron, his voice trembling. "Did you feel cold when that thing came in?"
