Alchemy professor at Hogwarts

Chapter 24 This Bug is Really Good

Chapter 24 This Bug is Really Good
Time rewinds to four hours ago.

Early morning, Hogwarts vice headmaster's office.

Hardy was studying the framed pictures on the wall.

The graceful lady in the frame is eating breakfast leisurely while holding a parasol.

After facing Hardy's steadfast gaze, she waved the umbrella in displeasure, "Oh! What a disrespectful fellow, what do you want from me?"

The noble lady in the frame pulled her tube top and shook the tip of her umbrella, and the trembling leaves immediately covered up the whole picture.

"So..." Hardy turned to look at Professor McGonagall behind the desk, "All the troubled stones in Hogwarts were made into these picture frames?"

"Yes, Professor Ollivander."

"Not one left?"

"Not one left."

Hardy took a deep breath, came to sit down in front of Professor McGonagall, and shook his head in disappointment.

Early this morning, he came to the other party's office and asked about Nao Nao Shi.

According to Hardy's conjecture, since the Noisy Stone will be born in the place where wizards gather, there is no reason why Hogwarts should not.

So, there was the conversation just now.

"Professor Ollivander, perhaps in the eyes of others, the Rumbling Stone is useless, but we at Hogwarts don't think so."

Professor McGonagall took a sip from his teacup and said calmly, "Hogwarts believes that all creatures have the right to choose."

"Even if it's just a rock?" Hardy stared at Professor McGonagall.

"Yes, at least in our place, a stone can also be turned into an exquisite painting, which will remain in the campus memories of those little wizards."

Hardy spread his hands helplessly, he leaned back and leaned on the back of the chair, "Professor McGonagall, you know, I'm looking for the troubled stone recently."

After giving Hardy a meaningful look, Professor McGonagall asked, "Is it related to your research on magic power?"

"That's right, alchemy always needs all kinds of weird materials." Hardy sighed.

In the matter of alchemy and creation, there has always been an ancient proverb.

A great alchemist often stems from a brave adventurer's curiosity about creation.

This statement reveals two truths about alchemical creations.

One, alchemical creation has always been about the curiosity and desire of the human heart.

Second, only brave adventure and exploration can support the massive consumption of materials for alchemy creations.

So in a sense, alchemy creation not only burns money, but may also burn lives.

"Professor Ollivander, Hogwarts may not be able to help you with this matter." Professor McGonagall said, "But...maybe you can look elsewhere."

"Like Hogsmeade?" Hardy blinked.

"Oh, sorry..."

Seeing that Mag looked at him with a little pity in his eyes, Hardy had a bad premonition in his heart.

"The troubled stone in Hogsmeade was also made into a picture frame by you?"

Professor McGonagall smiled and said nothing.

Hardy was speechless.

"Professor McGonagall, to be honest, I have another bold idea." Hardy didn't want to give up, and said, "You may not know, but I'm wondering... If the frame is taken apart, can we make a little more noise?" stone?"

At this time, the picture frame covered by clusters of green leaves opened again.

The calm lady inside was waving the parasol vigorously, as if trying to smash Hardy's head in half.

"Merlin, listen, is this an idea that a normal human can come up with? How vicious! How ruthless!"

"Come here, I'm going to poke your head into a jack-o-lantern with the tip of my umbrella!"

The lady in the picture frame protested angrily.

Seeing this, Mag pursed his lips, and then slowly opened his drawer.

"Professor Ollivander, please give up your worrisome thoughts. Maybe you can look outside Hogwarts. Platform nine and three-quarters might be a good choice."

"If you want to find out the sleeping trouble stones, you have to make a big enough noise. They are always intoxicated by it and can't extricate themselves."

Professor McGonagall said: "Or, try this spell."

A yellowed and torn parchment scroll was handed to Hardy by Mag.

……

"Knocking spell?"

In the alchemy professor's office, Ron said in surprise as he took the worn-out parchment from Hardy.

"Yes, Mr. Weasley, you are really in luck."

Hardy said: "You know, this thing has been lying in my drawer for less than half a day, and it's waiting for its owner."

Looking at Ron who was unfolding the parchment scroll in front of him, Hardy thought to himself, "It's up to you! Ron Weasley!"

"Professor, I don't understand."

Ron put his head against the parchment and scanned the contents.

He read it, but didn't fully understand it.

To be precise, he understood the first three words "Knocking Stone Curse".

"I understand your incomprehension."

"As expected of Professor Ollivander! How do you understand what I don't understand?" Ron exclaimed subconsciously.

"Because you're Ron Weasley."

Ron: "..."

He suspected that Professor Ollivander was insulting him...

But he dared not say it.

Hardy stood up slowly, and tapped the worn parchment with his wand, causing the words on the door to be projected on the wall of the office.

"Mr. Weasley, your biggest problem now is that you can't control your subconscious use of magic."

Picking up the 1-star Eudemons card on the desk, Hardy explained: "You are always used to controlling the use of your magic power to a very subtle level, which is wrong."

"It's like this." Hardy put up a 1-star Eudemons card, and the Earl's Bride flashed continuously, appearing and disappearing from time to time.

"But it shouldn't be like this."

As Hardy picked up the crystal wand and waved it, a bright halo lit up on the 1-star Eudemons card.

The originally frail Earl's bride immediately straightened her chest and became elegant and confident. It seemed that even the outline of her chest became obvious.

"Huh? Why don't I remember making such a setting?"

Staring at the unusual arc of the earl's bride, Hardy was slightly surprised: "Could it be a bug?"

This bug is really good.

"Oh! That's it!" Ron suddenly realized, and opened his mouth wide.

Perhaps he never knew that his use of magic power was like this.

"Mr. Weasley, when a person first becomes a wizard, how he uses magic will inevitably be affected by his own personality."

Hardy glanced at Ron who lowered his head, and continued: "Secondly, it will be affected by other factors."

"If I'm not mistaken, because Mr. Weasley's wand was broken, you haven't dared to instill too much magic power this semester, have you?"

Ron's face flushed slightly.

This is indeed the case.

Ever since his wand broke, every time he poured too much magic power, the wand would get out of control.

Ron had hurt himself more than once, though he didn't tell Hermione or Harry.

"Ron! You secretly drove your father's flying car and destroyed it! Reflect on your mistakes!"

Ron winced at the thought of his mother's fury when he proposed to get a new wand.

Hardy waved his arm, and Ron's broken wand slowly floated and slid into the opponent's hand.

With the inexplicable beating of Hardy's slender fingers on the wand, a crackling sound came faintly from the core of the wand.

"Mr. Weasley, I have simply dealt with your wand, and there will be no more magic out of control in the future."

Hardy handed the broken wand back to Ron, and warned: "But after that, you will have to use all your magic power to activate it, so that it will have a little effect."

"Then... let's start practicing the Stone-Knocking Curse, and try your best every time. This will greatly help to strengthen the toughness and breadth of your magic power."

After taking Ron to understand the information on the wall, Hardy emphasized: "Remember, when training the stone-knocking spell, find a spell that is easier to pronounce for yourself."

"When you crack the stone you strike, I'll reward you with a brand new wand for free."

Watching Ron leave with full expectation, Hardy added in his heart: "After you have practiced the Knocking Stone Curse, we can go to find the troubled stone."
