Alchemy professor at Hogwarts
Chapter 101 One Examination
Chapter 101 An Assessment
On a new day, several little wizards rushed out of the auditorium with grass-flavored pies in their mouths, and hurried towards their respective classrooms.
In the alchemy classroom of the second grade, Hermione was flipping through the guidance materials for the last semester of the third grade.
Harry and Ron, who had just entered the classroom and sat next to Hermione, couldn't help but stare.
"Hermione," Ron couldn't help smacking his lips, "why are you previewing this? You look like we're all stupid."
Hermione didn't take it seriously. She closed the textbook in front of her and said calmly, "Ron, I'm so familiar with the content of this semester's textbook that I can memorize it by heart."
"and also--"
She raised her chin proudly, "I am reviewing the content of the last semester of the third grade."
Harry, Ron: "..."
What a horrible woman!
The three little ones sat obediently on their seats, busy taking out parchment, quill pens and other things needed for class from their backpacks.
Ron poked Harry with his elbow. "Look, there's Malfoy over there, he's like a harpy."
Harry looked in the direction Ron pointed, and Malfoy on the opposite side was frowning, letting Goyle and Crabbe help him beat his back and squeeze his shoulders.
"What's wrong with him?" Harry asked, pushing his round glasses.
Hermione glanced indifferently, then lowered her head and was busy with her own affairs, "It is said that I helped Professor Sprout replace [-] grass pots yesterday, and this is his special prize."
At the mention of this, Ron and Harry beside Hermione all sighed.
"I shouldn't have participated in that lottery." Ron lowered his head. "You don't know how happy Professor Flitwick was when he assigned me ten times the homework."
"If I could," Harry looked at Ron, "I'd really like to trade with you."
He looked at the ceiling of the classroom with a look of despair, "Fulfill Snape's three wishes, I'm not Aladdin's magic lamp!"
Patting Harry's shoulder sympathetically, Ron let out a long breath, "Harry, I suddenly feel much better after hearing you say that, my best friend."
The next second, Ron suddenly cried out in pain. He hugged his feet and swayed from side to side.
Not far away, Malfoy and the others laughed undisguisedly.
"Ron, how can you say such a thing?" Hermione glared at the other party, then retracted her feet.
"Harry, has Snape talked to you lately? I mean, what has he asked for?" Hermione asked.
Pointing to his dwindling hair, Harry muttered, "Hair, the first request he made to me was to have my hair every week."
"What does he want?" Hermione opened her mouth in surprise.
She keenly noticed that Harry's hairline was getting higher and higher.
"Who knows..." Harry shook his head, "He just emphasized that Potions class needs it."
Soon, as the class bell rang, Hardy walked in briskly.
"Good morning! Dear little wizards."
"Good morning! Professor Ollivander."
Everyone quickly arranged the things on the table, cheered up, and their eyes were full of anticipation.
As one of the youngest professors at Hogwarts, Hardy always has novelty in his class.
Often the little wizards have not had time to get tired of one kind, and the next one can't wait to make their debut.
Whether it's a demonstration of Eudemons cards or a happy matchmaking game, it's enough to drive away the sleepy people in the classroom.
"Okay, now, please turn the "Common Alchemy Materials" in your hand to the fifth section of Chapter 7, it's on page 93..."
As Hardy began to formally teach the class, the little wizards all pricked up their ears and swiped their quills from time to time, making a rustling sound.
Hermione was staring intently at Hardy's wand, the sparks shooting from the tip outlined a three-leaf plant in midair.
"This three-leaf snakehead can be used to change the flexibility of alchemy products, if you need it..."
Suddenly, as Hardy turned and walked towards the podium, a flash of light flashed across his wizard robe.
"What's that?" Hermione whispered suddenly.
Ron and Harry next to him were taken aback, "What are you talking about, Hermione."
Pointing to Hardy's wizard robe with a quill, Hermione lowered her voice, "Didn't you see it? Something ran over Professor Ollivander's robe just now."
"Look, there it is again!" exclaimed Hermione.
Ron and Harry looked at each other. They looked at Professor Ollivander's unusual wizard robes, and curled their lips helplessly.
"I guess Hermione was trying to play a trick on us," Harry muttered under his breath.
Ron grinned and smiled, "Ha, but this can't fool me. George and Fred have already used the same trick."
He bit his quill and muttered: "I still remember when I was young, the two of them lied to me that a witch with wet hair and white clothes would crawl out of the toilet at night, scaring me so much that I never dared to go to the toilet at night. "
Hermione ignored Ron's sharing of his own childhood embarrassment with Harry, staring intently at Professor Ollivander's wizard robes.
On it, after experiencing a burst of "meteor shower", slowly rippling, a line of small characters emerged.
"If you can see this, please keep this a secret."
"Welcome! Because you are sensitive enough to the fluctuations in the magic power of alchemy products, you will be qualified to participate in an assessment."
Hardy walked to the other side of the room, causing Hermione to tiptoe and crane her neck to look around.
"Look, Granger reminds me of a turkey at Thanksgiving."
Not far away, Malfoy imitated the appearance of that turkey, making Goyle and Crabbe "Kukuku" beside him laugh.
"Translating this ancient alchemy manuscript is very difficult, and it will take at least five nights, but, does anyone want to try?"
Hardy shuttled between the desks, turned around and saw Malfoy imitating the turkey.
"Okay, I saw Mr. Malfoy volunteered to raise his hand." Hardy clapped his palms.
"Then, I will leave this translation job to Mr. Malfoy. To be honest, this is beyond my expectation."
As Hardy waved his wand, a dozen reference books piled almost to the ceiling of the classroom fell heavily on Malfoy's desk.
"These materials will make your translation work more effective."
Looking up at the invisible reference books, Malfoy's face immediately turned pale.
"Professor, I..."
His lips trembled. This assignment was going to kill him.
"Don't worry, I will give you eight days to complete this task, and you can put your hands down."
Without giving Malfoy a chance to explain, Hardy looked appreciatively and nodded at him, "Looking forward to your translation results."
Malfoy retracted his hands and neck with sweat on his brow.
His expression was ugly, as if he had eaten a large can of earwax-flavored candy.
"What's wrong, why is Malfoy so active today?" Beside Hermione, Ron and Harry were a little surprised.
I have never seen him so interested in the translation of ancient alchemy before.
"Who knows?" Hermione shrugged, then stared intently at Professor Ollivander's wizard robes.
It says -
"Recently, Professor Ollivander needs a bright and talented teaching assistant to help him with his daily teaching support work."
"Seeing this content means that you have successfully passed the first level of the assistant teacher assessment."
"Please go to the alchemy professor's office at 3:[-] p.m. this Saturday for the second level of assessment."
"If you're interested in it."
Seeing the information recorded on the wizard's robe clearly, Hermione's mood immediately became excited.
"Become the teaching assistant of Professor Ollivander's alchemy course?" Hermione straightened her chest, "That must be me."
